Terrible after sales , perchased a luceco 1.5 recharging through a usb point that did not work ,as I could not contCt the retailer I went direct to them , who were no help at all even though it was a cheap purchase.
I offered to return it at my cost, they did not want to know, so I would advise to buy elsewhere ,, thanks Ben

Avoid at all cost
Very good after sales service. Had a problem with Lucedo downlights purchased from Homebase and fitted as part of a refitted kitchen Feb 2018. These lights did not perform well and some failed within the 1st years retailers warranty period. These were replaced by Homebase customer services but still periodically failed and last month 4 out of 6 were out. I contacted the firm and was advised to write to their technical support department along with the original purchase receipt. Within a week I received a phone call from Carl at Lucedo technical support who asked questions about whether these lights were imbedded into thermal insulation? He also assured me that this was the first report of this problem he was aware of. Within a week a parcel with six replacement lights arrived and now we have very good lighting again. Just have to return the faulty lights to a freepost address for them to examine. Good customer service, efficient and courteous. Well done Carl, thank you.
PS just phoned their tech services again, to request lost freepost address. Spoke with James. Great company to deal with!
