F these guys alltogether. They are just a bunch of hidden fee having, penny pinching thieves. I was literally 1 minute late paying their overpriced bill and they charged me 45 dollars. Worst service in history.

VERY nice to people with disabilities! My husband uses a power wheelchair, but staff here addresses him, not me - a courtesy many supposed business professionals fail to extend because they erroneously assume that he lost the use of his brain when he lost the use of his legs. I use a cane and have a service dog. A folding chair is available on request and staff ignores my dog until I ask if they'd like to pet him. Several years ago, my husband and I were shopping for our first smartphones and even though he owned an iPhone himself and they only had one model of android phone at the time, the sales clerk listened as we described our needs and suggested that we go with the androids instead of iPhones. Even though a two-for-one promotion for them had ended the day before, the store honored it because posters advertising it were still on display. Those phones were troublesome, but we've upgraded and been happy with our phones and the service here.

the saleman in AT &T shop lie to sell staff, do not belive what they say.
and their manage just let he do it.
I walk in and ask a SIM card which can used both in China and US. they show me and sell it to me. but actually it does not work at all. they keep saying it is misunderstanding, no refund no solutions.
while the T-Molie nearby is honest and direct says T-MOBILE have no service in China. I do not see any misunderstand.

This is the nearest corporate office to my location and is a 4 hour drive each way. I had to drive there 5 times in 4 weeks to simply upgrade my tablet and hot spot. First they sent me a defective tablet, then they replaced it with the wrong tablet, then they failed to activate my hot spot probably so I had to drive an additional 8 hours to activate it. Then they failed to remove the defective tablet from my account. They assigned the wrong number to my tablet. They are great at placating customers, but terrible at following up with their service. I dedicated over 90 hours to simply upgrade my tablet and hot spot.
