I have owned a first class optometry practice for 32 years in the Kansas City metro area. Billing patients for services and goods provided is always the most time consuming and complicated task. BillFlash is the perfect name for what the service it provides. BillFlash makes sending statements to our clients a FLASH! It is very easy to upload our statement file into the Bill Flash website. Via the Website, we can have standard messages that are programmed to be added to all statements all the time. We can easily add a new message each month for all statements or only some of the statements. I especially like that we can mark past due statements with a message by marking only those statements to receive just that message, or, I can add a custom message to just one or each statement. Once we have added or taken away messages to the statements, in a flash we approve the file and it s off on its way to being mailed. There is no folding of paper (or paper cuts), stuffing of envelopes, or hauling them to the post office. BillFlash even notifies us when there is a change of address on file at the post office! Sending statements is super fast and easy with BillFlash.

Horrible experience. Horrible follow-up. Promised things they couldn't deliver. Not an applicable service for third-party billing services. Took 30 days to figure that out. Took my $1200.00 postage deposit on 11/18/2017, and as of the time of this review 12/20/17 i'm still waiting. I've had to file a dispute with my bank to get them involved with getting my funds back. How can it take 5 minutes to process a postage deposit, but take a month to return it? there is no number for the corporate office so there is only the general customer service channel and a mysterious "accountant" that handles all of the refunds for the entire company? I thought they were a bigger company than that. Anyway. I got duped. My time was wasted. Now I literally have to devote half of my daily energy into trying to recover my deposit. There are other reputable vendors in this space that I've worked with for years and still do. The technology innovation and automation without an innovative automated support structure is just a digital fantasy. If you're looking in this direction keep looking.

We have been with bill flash since 2007. It was one of the best decisions I've made for the practice. It is so user friendly, and most importantly, cost effective. Our patients really like the ebills. Last year we also changed our credit card vendor to Bill Flash for online payments. The patients really like it, and the staff as well, which has also reduced credit card processing fees, and the use of the terminal. The ease of availability to process a payment at every work station in the office and our other location. We have found that most of the online payments come in at night and over the weekend. I would encourage you to look at both of them.

I'm not a big fan of referring products, but I have done many referrals for this product and will continue to do so

Great relationship interface with EZClaim billing software! Extremely intuitive website easy to navigate. The Provider link for patients financial portal is the best feature.
