Incessant spammers who wont stop sending us 100% useless emails. They dont even apply to us and we have never even heard of this company before they started badgering us. They have multiple marketing lists and Im tired of unsubscribing our company. WE DONT WANT ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO OFFER.

During the past few years, The Hauser Design Group has worked on numerous projects with Derek, Ashley, Scott and several others at Nextopia and it's always a pleasant experience.

Their product software selection is outstanding and solves many e-commerce pain points. We consider them a valuable & necessary partner in building a successful journey selling online!

Terrible or lazy describes this company you decide...

Terrible or lazy describes this company you decide after reading my review. Unless the extension installs seamlessly and your product feed is flawless they will not be able to make it work. Our magento store has some custom extension installed and unfortunately nextopia cant figure our how to deliver a working search box with them. We use a third party company to process and prepare our feed they made ever change that was requested by nextopia. If you run a custom store that is anything but standard magento out of the box i would stay away. We asked for a simple change to the landing page that search results show on and they could not make it work. you basically are stuck with there standard layout that looks nothing like the rest of the site. Not to mention it took them 12 months after taking my $3000 payment to then call me today and tell me they dont think that i am a good fit for them and would be refunding my money. They also try to tell me this is due to me not telling them i wanted this in the begging. I can assure you our only request was the search landing page match the rest of our website. I think thomas my sales rep was honest when he told me the landing page can match my site, i just think the developer that worked on my account is lazy and didnt want to do the work. ( FYI my internal magento programer has told me several times he can fix the landing page layout with a few hours of work... nextopia doesn't want his help ) For months it was like nextopia was to busy trying to figure out how to make it work then all of the sudden they are over it and i am not a good fit for them? to sum it up this entire experience was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. (yes they say i will get a full refund but who is going to refund me the thousands i paid my internal developer to work on this?) Also i a have been telling my boss this entire time it will be worth the wait, now i get to tell her it was all for nothing and a complete waste of time. I will make sure to update this review if/ when i lose my job over this. Not that nextopia cares because as they said a year after starting the project "we are not a good fit for them" because we asked them change the landing page layout. You be the judge here are the two images of my current search page that has the filter options on top and category selection on the side. They are unable to make it work like this and can only have the filter option on the left side. The categorey navigation is powered by a widget that we embed on the current search page so i am not sure why they can not just add the widget to the new search landing page or allow my developer to do it? Mr Darcey doesnt even wanna discuss it or his teams performance related to the project, simply kicking us to the curb so they can move on and blame my team. Very professional!

Been with Nextopia since 2008. For the most part, their search, when you get it working, works great. Contacting them for support is a nightmare. But recently, they decided that their "value" was underpriced, and sent me an email telling me that my "search" on my site, was going up significantly. More than double, almost 2 1/2 times what I was paying. So I found another company and tried to cancel my service - what a joke. Was told to contact my rep - tried that. Nothing for 5 days. Contacted billing. No response. Had to threaten a lawsuit to stop my billing. Never again will I do business with them. They were good back in the day, but apparently new owners are money hungry, and service is non-existent.
