Brandon Reynolds is a sub par recruiter and his boss Cindi Greene pesky hold him accountable for his actions. The recruiting staff acts like they are doing you a service when it s the travelers who go o it and fill the roles and make the em agencies money. Save yourself the headache

Was considering an assignment here but after my discussion with Brandon Reynolds I decided to go elsewhere and am having a great contract so far with another agency ( this company had the job available as well for $400 less a week)

Was ready to book a travel assignment with NEXT along with a friend. Recruiter we were assigned to was poor with communication and left us out of the loop throughout the process. We asked to switch recruiters but were told it is against company policy. Took our Travel Nursing search to American Mobile and found much better recruiters who were easy to work with and kept us informed along the way.

I worked for this company for almost a year. It s not the worst I m sure but it s certainly not the best. My recruiter was great but the company itself is lacking. My biggest gripe was that they took my stipend. At the facility I worked at sometimes, they would flex staff. I volunteered to flex on a couple of occasions and not only did they not pay the hourly wage (which I knew) they took a big part of my stipend. Once I left a couple of hours early and the other was like 30 mins. On top of that I was the lowest paid traveler at that facility. Just wanted to share that there my be better options if you are a first time traveler like I was. This company is not the best choice out there.
