I had the absolute pleasure of working with Andrew Hobstetter!!! He was amazing!! He walked me through the whole process effortlessly. He answered my questions so the I could understand everything. And I had a lot of them and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I am truly thankful and grateful for him. I can now leave my granddaughter some generational wealth. If ever I need to do this again or if anyone I know is looking to buy or refinance I will definitely refer them to him!!

Where do I start? The person I worked with explained nothing about the process to me, asked me to send the same paperwork more than once, changed the numbers, was rude, not helpful. It seems like the company is disorganized, doesn't care about customers, processors don't know what they are doing, brokers try to charge as much as possible and hide fees. There is something wonky about their IT setup as well. I've heard that other more well-known lenders have a very easy process to upload documents. I didn't feel valued as a customer during one single step of the process. I was looked down on and treated with disrespect when I asked questions. Avoid NEXA and go with anyone else. I think my cash to close is way higher than most people would have to bring.

They helped me make a successful purchase of our beautiful home. Shannon was very professional and very helpful if I had any questions. The whole process was very smooth, from the time we found the house we wanted to the day we closed. Everything was always upfront and available to us anytime we needed an answer. I really cannot say enough about our experience with NEXA Mortgage

Rick Van Den Top, my mortgage broker was awesome to work with. I was interested in moving into my new home as soon as possible and Rick got the job done. I ended up closing a week before the expected closing date.

Dylan Estes is the best mortgage loan officer ever with Nexus Mortgage. He kept me motivated on purchasing my first home. Very professional and understood the assignment. I highly recommend him!!

If I could rate them 100 stars I would. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom Mancuso at Nexa. The entire process was very streamed lined, easy and he was super attentive and always there whenever I had a question even after hours. Will definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone needing their service. My refi took less then 30 days beginning to end and couldn t be happier. Thank you guys for such an amazing team.

Thomas and his team are top notch! The communication is great, they are fast and friendly, and Thomas really does his homework and get to know you as a customer. He takes his time get you exactly what your looking for, along with answering any questions you may have. trust I had hundreds! Charis was very helpful with all the behind the scenes paperwork and has the ability to explain what's needed very clearly so the process is completely painless.

Since the moment we began working with Emmanuel, he was very communicative and always kept us up to date on what the following steps were.
