Where do I start? The person I worked with explained nothing about the process to me, asked me to send the same paperwork more than once, changed the numbers, was rude, not helpful. It seems like the company is disorganized, doesn't care about customers, processors don't know what they are doing, brokers try to charge as much as possible and hide fees. There is something wonky about their IT setup as well. I've heard that other more well-known lenders have a very easy process to upload documents. I didn't feel valued as a customer during one single step of the process. I was looked down on and treated with disrespect when I asked questions. Avoid NEXA and go with anyone else. I think my cash to close is way higher than most people would have to bring.
