Was badly insulted by one of ur staff members at marina square branch who tried to pressure me to purchase newstead membership package. Their items were overpriced and i politely declined. Then they even asked me if I have money to eat and tried to get me to leave the store. Very rude. Then I was further insulted by someone who claimed to be newstead store manager who spoke rudely in mandarin and cantonese. Many threats and vulgarities came out. Both are Malaysians who cannot speak little english and are very aggressive in their behaviour. Both concealed their names. Unacceptable. Newstead has a bad reputation in Singapore and has undergone many identity makeovers but a leopard never changes it's spots.
