Its funny everybody says the same thing - they really do try and force you into buying, always that day. I don't know about you but when I look for a car I like to check out a couple of cars not just one. Regardless of that they forced my girlfriend to fill out a credit application which took an hour and said they would get back to us, after everything we never heard one word from them? no call? no email. not to mention my girlfriends mom has purchased 2 infiniti's in cash and her dad just bought a patherfinder platinum, you'd expect some kind of respect. We weren't buying a loaded vehicle, but still, you made us do all of that you don't have time to call us back? we ended up buying a Toyota instead. Just crazy! Terrible service, it feels like a factory in there where they try to pump out as many customers as they can.

From the time we entered the dealership to the time we received our new 2015 Nissan Sentra, we were treated with a great deal of respect. Melissa Shelley was our sales representative and was very knowledgeable and very professional and listened to what we wanted in a new vehicle. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted, colour and all. Gurprett Kandola took his time with us to make sure our trade was valued properly and we were happy with the price. It was very nice to meet the sales manager Don Cummins, he took the time to shake our hands and to congratulate us on buying a car and explain that Stephanie Gallas would be our businees manager and that she would be giving us the best offers and attention. Stephanie helped pick out the best options for our warranty and undercoating and even went beyond her shift to call us personally with these features. Kerry Dang was very thorough when she delivered with us. What a great team! This was a breath of fresh air to come from Innisfil to Newmarket to buy a new car! We are looking forward to coming next week to have a trailer hitch put on. Hope to see the same team in three years when we up grade again.

Great experience buying my first Infiniti from
Newmarket Infiniti. I went to several different dealers (BMW,Audi,GM) Newmarket Infiniti had the best sales staff. I dealt with Jack Feng who was very knowledgeable and was very down to earth. Josh Irvine the sales Manager also made my buying experience top notch. I recommend this dealer.

I did not buy a car here but I am still very impressed by their customer service when I came here to do some research for my next car. Jason made me feel welcome and at home when he showed me their inventory. He really had my best interest in mind and actively made recommendations that would suit my needs. I have a much better idea of what I need out of a car and will definitely be buying from here when it is time!

My wife and I recently drove away from Newmarket Nissan in two new vehicles. Our 3rd Nissan each and all from Newmarket Nissan and we dealt with Melissa Shelley every time. I wouldn't change a thing. We love our two new vehicles and had another fantastic experience dealing with Melissa. She's extremely knowledgable about the Nissan product line and is always so amazing to us.

Both Jack and Nicole are both amazing and i could not have asked for a more positive and helpful experience throughout the entire purchase. One guy walked pass me to go for a smoke and another sat in his office where he could easily see me on his phone watching videos...

I purchased a Nissan Armada from Melissa at Newmarket Nissan. She was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. When I went to pick up the truck Melissa had it detailed and ready to go. I will be back for my next purchase......

Here I am 2 months later after having purchased my 2011 Nissan Armada from Newmarket Nissan...I returned to Nissan for my first oil change after having bought the car to find out the liftgate moter is broken and needs replacing ($1060 + TX) and the rear AC lines need to be replaced (1909 +TX). It cost me $300 for them to diagnose these problems just to tell me I need to spend another $3000 + TX to fix them. I asked if Nissan would help with some of the cost of this repair due to the fact I have only driven 5000 km since purchasing the car. Perhaps they cover labour and I cover parts. Flat NO on the liftgate problem and after some complaining only 10% off the AC issue. I'm left wondering if when they initially inspected the truck prior to putting it up for sale they were simply incompetent and did not find the problems or found them and disguised them so they could get the truck off the lot before the issues resurfaced. To say I am VERY DISAPOINTED with Nissan would be an understatement. Maybe I will hear from Nissan after I write some other letters or they read this review and I can continue this story with a better outcome, but I'm not holding my breath.

I am happy to say that I received a call from Rick the fixed operations manager at Newmarket Nissan. We had a long talk about what had happened. He explained to me that Newmarket Nissan is now under new management. I purchased the truck while it was under the old management. We came to an agreement to essentially split the cost of the required repairs. Thank you for stepping up to the plate to deal with this situation. I am happy to say my confidence has been restored and pleased to change my rating. Cleaning up the problems left by previous management is a hard pill to swallow. Thank you.

If I could leave 0 stars for this terrible dealership, I would. I went there last night to test drive a Q50. I told them I was cross-shopping but was very interested in the pricing and payments. Was promised the VIP Experience.

Salesperson was fine, but that TERRIBLE SALES MANAGER IS THE REASON WE WALKED AWAY.

I asked him for the price of the vehicle including payments and he said, "Go home and look it up online". I got the impression that he didn't feel I was worth his time. I'm sorry, but no, your job as a sales manager is to SELL ME THE CAR. I am interested, you can accomplish this through basic customer service.

Markham Infiniti had absolutely no problem giving me what I asked for and with a smile. Lexus in Markham and Lexus in St. Catherine's are dealerships that understand this and when I buy, Go to any of those dealerships instead.

My wife and I are so pissed. We feel like we wasted our time, effort and energy. That sales manager chased away willing, interested customers who spent time test driving and researching a vehicle for sale on their lot!!

Stay away from this dealership.

If you want headache and hassle free business, this is the right dealership. I have been to many dealerships in Toronto in the past 3 months looking for a reasonable vehicle offering and rarely received any honest and professional customer service or pricing.
I worked with Reza Shirazi (sales) and Alex Forsey (finance) at Nissan Newmarket, and am truly impressed. They know their job very well, and treat customers with respect. Good advice, professional behavior and transparency is what they offered to me. I am glad that I chose them and I highly recommend them and will be back when ever I need another vehicle.

My wife and I came into the dealership last Saturday. We had experienced a very long and frustrating day at various dealerships in the area looking for a specific used vehicle. Fortunately for us, we met Andy Carriere in the parking lot just as we arrived. Andy took us into his office, listened to what we were looking for and quickly found the perfect vehicle for us. He is a thoughtful, polite and professional salesman. Everything he promised us was delivered. We picked up our new vehicle last Tuesday and are extremely pleased with it. Thank you Andy for your professionalism. We would do business with you again in a heartbeat!

Terrible customer service. If i could give them no stars i would.

I have been calling for a seat belt safety recall for my Nissan and it is impossible to make an appointment. I've called twice on Feb 11 2020 @ 2pm and 4pm just to be hung up on. I tried again on Feb 12 @ 1pm and was transferred to the service department. The phone rang and rang until the call was transferred back to reception. Receptionist told me to call back another time.

I called back Feb 17 at 10am and finally got through to someone in service. They placed me on hold as they created my "customer profile". until the call when then routed back to receptionist who again told me to call back because they are super busy.

I called back on Feb 17 around 3pm. Got a hold of someone, gave them my VIN number and it felt like i was finally getting somewhere. but, no. The service counter told me that her system was down and was unable to search the VIN to find the recall. She told me she would call me back once her system was up and running.

Today, Feb 21 2020, still waiting for that call for i can FIX the SAFETY RECALL on my family vehicle. Let that sink in. You have a vehicle that has a safety recall and the service people dont care enough.

I just called back right now and no one answered - just got looped back to the receptionist.

Do i really need to make THIS MUCH EFFORT just to make an appointment and have my SAFETY RECALL FIXED?

What a joke.

Edit - UPDATE: it has taken the power of the CONVID-19 virus to get an answer. I ve finally managed to make contact and made an appointment to resolve the issue. I ll update again when the service has been completed.

I purchased my QX50 from Newmarket Infiniti and I really had a great experience. Jack Feng was great at responding to my inquiry on line, very prompt with his emails/cell phone at any hour. Jack was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He is not pushy, he will work at getting you what you want with the best price and is very honest in his approach. The entire team at Newmarket Infiniti was really amazing and friendly. Also Josh was very supportive, friendly and professional. He worked with Jack to give me the best deal !!! It was all positive and I can't say enough, Definitely I recommend Newmarket Infiniti and Jack Feng for anyone plan to get Nissan or Infiniti.

We were looking for a new mid-sized car and researched the Altima. From the minute we went to Newmarket Nissan we were very impressed at the "no-pressure" experience.

Melissa was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She worked out a great deal for us and we ended up purchasing an Altima SL. We have no trouble recommending Melissa and Newmarket Nissan to our family and friends.

Absolutely, the worst dealership I have walked int...

Absolutely, the worst dealership I have walked into, went in today to pick up a part for my Infiniti (which I love) but while I was there I was looking at the new Q50, someone asked if I wanted to speak to someone about it and I said yes he said he would get someone for me, in between him leaving and someone coming out to see me, another customer walked in and when the sales rep came out he saw me and went right to the other customer that had just walked in. Now I am guessing that it was because I was in my work clothes and this other customer was dressed nicer( and he was) but this review should be a lesson on judging a book by it's cover, If your buying a Infiniti drive down to Infiniti of Willowdale, that's where I bought mine from.

Always a great experience at Newmarket Infiniti! Jack Feng provides amazing service and customer care ever since I bought my Q50S at the dealership. I would drive the 30 mins to this dealership to get my car serviced here even though there's one 10 mins closer. 11/10 recommend and especially through Jack !

Visited the show room today ..... i am in sales my self for over 20 years
And this is by far the worst salesman ship i have ever seen.
Wilson the new sales person brought the "sales manager" to his aid....
Sales manager ....really, if i had employees like that i would be out of business.
Basically they sent me to the web site since it takes to long to work on a price for me....
And "....they felt i am not 100% sure as too which car i want....." they haven't felt....
Isn't that why you are coming to a dealer ship....

This is to the owner of the dealer ship.... not only i am not the only one here with bad comments on the service provided in your dealership, you will never see me as a client nor any one else i know in Newmarket.... what a shame !

I will make sure that Nissan Canada learns about my personal experience with this dealer.

There were a few communication issues that were ironed out and Babak did do his best to make sure the car was ready for the agreed upon date. I am quite please so far with the experience.
