If you like to be treated with a condescending attude and arrogance, well then, Newmarket Nissan is your place,,, you have hit the jackpot. Leadership starts at the top ,,, and this dealership has none ,,,, a boat without a sail ,, or at the very least a sail that is badly ripped and needs to be replaced .On a bright note ,,, Stouffville Nissan is not far away ,,, very professional , from top to bottom ,,, very customer oriented ,,,

My vehicle has been a POS since I bought it.

They tried to one over me, sneaky buggers. Hid the car proof between the vehicle seats for me to find after I purchased the vehicle. And me not thinking, didn't ask for it. Turns out my suv had been in am accident with over $4000 worth of damage. I am 2 yrs into a 7yr term and waiting for my suv to die on the side of the road on me.
The after market parts they used to rebuild the front end are horrible, they hood won't close. Thankfully my BF is a mechanic, he had to modify the latch to make the hood stay closed. My vehicle has had 4 recalls in the 2 yrs I've owned, 1 being for the transmission. I've been told my transmission is fine but I find that questionable.

DealIng with Corey the assistant manager and he basically told me that because its my first time there i am at the bottom of the list and the people that spend money there are top priority. After being short changed, lied to and given a les...

After being short changed, lied to and given a less than agreed upon cheque for my trade in I was directed to the owner who clearly does not care about the longevity of his customers. He completely shrugged off any concern of mine and would not even listen to my point.

I see no reason why anyone would want to endure such attitude and rude behavior. I completely advise you to try another dealership either in the north or south of this one.

I called Nissan Canada and they had told me that they received many complaints about the owner and this dealership.

I will never buy another car from this dealership ever.

Honest people, seamless transitions and awesome service. I had dropped in the other day to view some cars after my previous one being involved in an accident. I mentioned clearly that I wasn t there to buy a car right then and there and I just wanted to see all my options. Even knowing that I wasn t serious, they treated me like family. I was taking a look at their used inventory specifically and I met with a salesman who I believe his name was Eddie. He showed me around and understood that I was mostly passionate and loyal to Honda and Acura brands but he still tried to show me some similarities and differences in their own brand which sparked some interest from me. He then showed me through some of their stock including a 2015 MDX and a 2012 Accord. After taking the 2019 Infiniti Q59 for a spin I have to say, the premium quality is unreal. When they say you don t know a car unless you try it, it s true; I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you re in the market and asking for Eddie. He definitely made my experience worth my time and made shopping much easier.

It's disappointing reading some of the negative reviews for this dealership. I have been a customer of Newmarket Infiniti Nissan now for a couple of years and have had nothing but exceptional service. I purchased my first vehicle from Newmarket Nissan in 2014 and recently upgraded to the Nissan Murano. I absolutely love my new car and the Nissan brand! I've been a long time Nissan customer and have always been amazed by the quality and service I've received from them in my 15+ years of driving experience. The staff at Newmarket Infiniti Nissan are amazing! Melissa was my sales professional and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and looked after all my needs. I received such a warm welcome from sales managers Josh and Brian. Dwayne and Michael took care of all the fine details and got me into the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. This dealership appears to have excellent company moral. Everyone is so friendly, they make sure you're well taken care off, asking if there's anything they could do, grab you a water, coffee, tea or anything. The service staff are always cheerful and are fantastic too. Overall, I've always had a VERY positive experience at this dealership and I look forward to being a long term and loyal customer. Bought my 2017 Star Wars Rouge from Melissa Shelley at Newmarket Nissan. My lease was over on my previous Nissan vehicle and Melissa took the time to go through want I needed in a vehicle. The Rogue will handle all that my fiance and I need from a vehicle. Plus, a Star Wars Limited Edition Rogue makes this vehicle so much better!

I wish I could give less stars. My car has been nothing but trouble. Injection issues made my car unusable for weeks on end. The THIRD time they fixed it. Finally.

Bought snow tires with bonus winter wipers ... which were left in the back seat uninstalled after paying $1500 to them.

Now the brakes are gone only after 27000 km. Though at 19000 Km dealership installed snow tires and reported brakes were fine after installing those same winter tires.

I have never had to replace both the pads and rotors at such low mileage in a car that is less than two years old.

Terrible experience!! I would never go back to them.
I should say at the beginning that the guy who helped us with the test drive was very nice and considerate!
The terrible experience starts with "Josh Irvine". We wanted the best prices for two different models and he kept saying that he wouldn't go through prices before we narrow down to only one model! That initially made us upset because we didn't have similar experience ever. We have been in many dealerships before and they are always happy to work with customers on different models.
Second, it took him ONE HOUR to come forward with the prices. We were shocked because he suggested prices that even were higher that the prices on the website. We were totally upset at the end after being there for 2 hours and half.

He also called several weeks afterwards just to check on how everything was going with the car

Took my car in for service due to engine light. I...

Took my car in for service due to engine light. I was told the CO2 sensor needed to be replaced on my JX35. $ 750 was an expensive fix for a sensor, but I went ahead and did it anyway. Received a clean report stating everything is fine after the repair. Then, the engine light literally came back on within 5 km. Called service and took my car in the next day, and this time they are saying the catalytic converter (left) needed to be replaced. They recommended to change the right as well...another $ 3,500 fix. They couldn't explain why they couldn't detect the issue during diagnostic. So basically not even 12 hours later, I got another report showing this expensive repair. The customer service lady made it sound like she already did a big favour by not charging inspection fee. I said I don' t think you can even charge me as the engine light came right back on (which mean it probably had issue before I picked up the car). Her response was 'we still need to pay the technician'. When I went back to pick up the car, I inquired about the converter, as I did recall one side was replaced last year (still under warranty). The same customer service lady said she couldn't find any records and insisted it was not the catalytic converter. Well, when I got home I found a copy of the repair paperwork, the right side was just replaced in 2019.
I was extremely disappointed with the service. As I was debating whether to get a new car, guess what, the engine light disappeared! it's been a week and no engine light. I don't think I would ever trust this dealership, at least for repair service.

Horrible dealership to deal with. No communication what so ever when it came to trying to finance a new car. I had to contact them each time just to get a update. Took them a week just to come back declined even though the income is $90k just because there was late payments from 7 years ago on the credit score. Never heard of such a bad financial company.

Melissa was more than willing to accommodate our busy schedules and was reachable at all times of the day to answer my endless list of inquiries. The entire process was enjoyable and hassle free. I will definitely be returning to Newmarket Nissan when it comes time to replace my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder.

Horrible experience I've ever had, they thought customer just a bag of gold and for them to create story to suck ? Too many fishy recently comments have been showed, I don't need to say more. I will never stop on this Newmarket Nissan. I bought my car at other dealership, as my moving to East and drop by this place for service as closer for me, I will not get this worst experience if I do not went to different dealership. My car is under warranty covered (also paid extra $5k for extended warranty) and do service regularly as schedule, they created story cost me > $2k (cause they said the part is corrosion as I understand it is aluminum). Lucky for me walked out of store (actually paid them ~ $200 for inspection) and go to other dealership and cost nothing as warranty covered. I want to share my review about this dealership. Because I've been thought bad about Nissan recently after write complain with Nissan Canada (they did not resolve for me) and want to get rid of my car to go with other vendor (not Nissan). Now I shared my thought here because Nissan customer on Newmarket and around area to think twice before step in this place for service. And I want Nissan Canada need to take a look on this place because people look bad about Nissan, even if Nissan tried to improve and innovate latterly to bring Nissan image back to market but this small thing will kill the selling quota for Nissan Canada as Toronto is big market in Canada

Don't ever buy from Newmarket Nissan. I also had a bad experience buying a truck from them I also wanted monthly payments and turns out it comes out bi weekly and over charged for rust proof and the truck is rusted? Brought the truck in for repairs turns out it goes other places for them and it still has the same problem. They told me it's how I drive when" I give er" that's pathetic you can't give er cause the truck will fall apart.
Had rear stabilizers put on cause the rear end moves and those r falling off now... everyday there's a new problem with the titan inside or outside. I was dealing with the new management which doesn't even like trucks so now I'm screwed and have a truck with 22 grand negative equity that they forgot to mention to me or eles I never would have signed the deal. Watch when you buy a truck from these guys there pretty slick at what they do.

Well, long story short. I brought a 2015 Micra from New Market Infiniti Nissan. Julio, the sales representative who served us was very knowledgeable and patience with my questions that I'd raised with regards to the vehicle. At the end, I received free rust proof, undercoat and a $4000 discount on the vehicle.

Thank you Julio and Newmarket Infiniti Nissan for giving me this amazing car buying experience.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. The sales person spoke down to me and treated me like I wasn't serious about buying a vehicle. He told me he needed my credit card to even talk about better pricing than the one he was giving me right off of google. The way he spoke to me was condescending and rude. He only brought another manager in when I mentioned my dad had purchased a vehicle from this location. My dad will also never be returning so not only did you lose a potential customer, you also lost a current one. When mentioning we were looking at other vehicles he said he was surprised that we would be doing such a thing in the pandemic... he also tried to scare us by telling us that a dealership we were going to had a covid outbreak. This is completely unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn't important to this dealership!

THERES A REASON WHY THERES SO MANY SIMILAR 1 STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE.

This dealership has shady salesmen and their policies serve to steal your money.

They will take advantage of you if they can and try hard to sell you on their insurance which they claim will cover scratches and damages to your car but come time you try to use this insurance they will cite excuses like the scratch CAN ONLY be on these specific doors to actually be covered by the insurance .

Would not recommend this place, try elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2014 Infinity QX50 from Newmarket Infiniti to replace my Acura. I got it at what I consider a very good price and was impressed at how friendly and comfortable the purchase process went.
I was also impressed how well it was prepped for me when I went to pick it up.
I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to visit Newmarket Infiniti.

Called their service dept today to service my Murano. All I can say is they don't care about their new customers. I've asked to leave my car for a service, needed a shuttle service to take me back home which is 18 minutes drive according to Google maps and they are the closes shop. They've declined to provide me with their shuttle service. When I've asked if they decline me as a new customer just because of that I was told that it is their policy and there is nothing to do. Asked to check up with their service manager and got the same answer. Conclusion: they don't care about new customers and don't want to expand their business.

We had bought from them before, so we went shopping there with good expectations. Melissa Shelley was terrific, taking us out in a 2015 Murano that was super. She was very knowledgeable about technical specs and features of the particular model. The price discussion was professional and reasonable and we were happy with the result. The delivery was done by Julio Dominguez, who was also a thorough professional, taking us through the car, explaining the main features and setting up our phones. Thanks too, to Allison Evans, who handled the financial side very well. All in all a very solid team - many thanks to all!

I purchased a QX50 this week. I had great experience with both sales and financing staff. Joshlene introduced me to Dwayne who was very helpful and nice and answered every question and fulfilled different requests that I had. He actually picked me up from Toronto on the day of the delivery... how 's that for going above and beyond? Shannon was very helpful as well. I didn't sense that I was being pushed into the purchase at all. Overall, great experience.. I hope that I will be equally as satisfied with the car itself in the future as well.

Went to an Infiniti dealership close to my home. Without getting into details had the most disappointing experience ever. Rude, obnoxious salesperson basically not interested in my business. In retrospect he did me a favor. Although a bit far from my home, after making an inquiry and speaking with Joshlene I made the trek to Newmarket and had an amazing experience thanks to Dwayne, Jason and Nicole. Dwayne and Jason were great putting the deal together and Nicole was the best financial person I have dealt with to date. Joshlene was a great liaison. Everyone was down to earth and welcoming. Overall a low stress auto purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I just picked up my new car today and was so pleased with the experience. Ryan (Boyle) was super helpful during this entire process. I have been with Nissan for 15 years now and I wouldn't change that.

I got my car financed from this dealership almost two years ago and they surely getting down with sales and service. After recent oil change the technician lost 3 bolts and 2 u-nuts from the engine splash bottom cover and damaged the plastic by forcing the u-nut with a high speed air gun - found this after check up. Cannot trust with a simple oil change, imagine to go there for service or fluid changes! They doing you a favor not service. And I cannot stand that new sales manager - he was pushing me to buy a new car and when I sad no thank you - he was trying again for a couple of times and later the salesman was using the same tactic and finally I just left outside to stop that pumping from sales! Very scary and unprofessional. Stay away!

READ THIS REVIEW . I walked into this dealership after reading the reviews and thought that I was going to have a bad experience, but I really wanted a Nissan and I thought what the heck. This place has now hired a man and his name is Macon Doublet to take care of changing this place for the better. WHAT A GREAT PERSON !! HE DEFINITELY KNOWS HIS STUFF. Got me a great experience, a great vehicle, a great price. This guy does not disappoint. I thought it was so thoughtful to get me a discount just because I am in the military. Who would have thought I was appreciated. I really felt that I made a friend. Thank you Macon and all the crew at Newmarket Nissan, you really made my day. I love my vehicle. :)

Many thanks to salesman Jack Feng. He is an honest and transparent salesman with a great attitude. My wife went into the dealership by herself just to get prices on a car and our trade and Jack was awesome. She ended up buying the car with me on the speaker phone with Jack.
Same experience when Jack delivered the car.
He is a complete pleasure to deal with and he explained how everything worked.
It seemed like all the other deals going on were also a good experience for others.

Thanks once again Jack. This is how it should be. A nice non stressful experience.

We will do our best to give them our business on the service side as well. Even though it is a bit of a drive its worth it.

I bought Infinity JX 35 from here.
I bought the extended warranty paid $3000 extra for that.
When it comes to claim for my AC repair, then I realize this extended warranty is a rip-off. When they will sell it to us they will say as this is the best thing I should consider. When it s time to claim, that would be the most complicated and full of formalities involved but after all these it may not cover.
I repair my AC from other mechanics with the half of the price. I regret.

Even though we re are in the midst of a global pandemic, the dealership took every precaution to make our visit safe and pleasant. I ve leased 2 vehicles (Nissan Sentra & Rogue) through the Newmarket dealership and was happy to come back and step into an Infiniti. Highly recommended

Just bought a new Rogue, and after some wheeling and dealing I ended up with a great deal and a fair exchange on my old car. I love my new Nissan and it was a big decision leaving Toyota but after their brutal behaviour I had no choice. This experience at Newmarket Nissan was great and Macon and his team seem to want to make change and improve the past relations that may have been poor under the old management. I have not had to deal with Service yet but time will tell. It is worth your time to visit and meet the new staff and perhaps make your own decision, I was hesitant when I read reviews but after visiting three other Nissan dealers, I could not beat the deal that Macon gave me.
