Nice pub for the mine workers in Newman, WA. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. We had the fish and chips Friday special for $18 with a schooner for $4 to go with it and enjoyed it. Happy hour Monday to Friday from 6pm to 7pm, where pints reduce from $10 to $8 for the hour. They have Five Seeds cider on tap and a good range of tap beers. Nice pool table and a juke box and plenty of tv's to watch. Parking is a little limited but there is more parking close by. They have a bottle shop for take away sales and the hotel has nice rooms to stay in. Good to see all the mine workers there relaxing and enjoying the pub after their 12 hour day. They all start getting up and going to work before 5am, so expect early starts.

Had an excellent dinner in the indoor restaurant. The dessert was so enticing I took a photo. Wine was good price. All in all a great venue.

Customer service was great, we were able to have a great conversation with the bar maid Courtney after leaving another venue because of poor customer service, I have been here multiple times and ordered food such as the steak sandwich and the large selection of pizza s which never disappoints and has always been served within 20 minutes of ordering. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through or working in town, absolute great atmosphere and when you only get 1 day off every 3 weeks that s all that counts!

Staff were super friendly, food was super tasy. We were tired and angry ;) they made our night.

Still the same from 10 years ago washing machines needs upgrading, cats needs to go. But the food is always good.

They have two untouched dart boards for a reason. Asked for darts, one set broken, took the other set. Practiced round the world for an hour by myself, went to the toilet, took them with me as it's a safety hazard. And when I came out a staff member said I played too aggressively. Yep against myself. I can't imagine these dart boards ever getting used. Why have them?

Food was great to start then went down hill. Set menus for contractors got very repetive. Lunches were small for blokes working 12 hr days and when i asked for 2 sandwiches instead of the one they supplied they still only gave me one...

Have been here a few times now and the food is awesome. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly.
Price of food is great and the quality is fantastic. The presentation was great and I was over the moon with the flavours.
You must come here for a meal.

Love the new menu. Beautiful flavours but portions a bit small for the price.
