Good for clothing and shoes, odds and ends.. NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS HERE.. Spent Over 10k to START A Business & almost every electronic was defective in some form of way and unless you sit down and test it all asap you will never meet the 14 day return period when they are only open 3days a week to the public. Meaning you really only have 6 days to return the product... hope your not a busy person !

Beware fake reviews!!! Horrible customer service, I called with an issue with an item I bought not being as described to try to resolve it they told me if you don't like it shop somewhere else and just deleted my account! Great customer service tactics!
Be Aware! Advertising items as new but selling used, non working electronic items with defect. Misleading listings showing item as "NEW - Excellent condition" but selling it "AS IS" through fine print and not accepting returns. Customer help desk doesn't even trying to resolve the issues..... Fraud
Super friendly staff, everyone is ready to help out. Great selection on used/new stuff. The selection can be viewed online through max deals or auction. I bought a lot of 100pcs for $52. The lot was by far more then 100 pcs! Found some nice treasures in it, the rest went to donation. Well worth it.
"Beware" them restarting the bidding after it has ended. I won a bid and went to pay then it wouldn't let me, when it said I won. They restarted the bidding. You will notice this by 1X, 2X, 3X. By the time the item I won was finished it said 5X. Especially if it is a big ticket item. This is an Auction restarting a bid defeats the purpose. I have proof of when the bid was restarted as well. From the time it ended to when it was restarted.
You will bid on something and then it tells you are outbid. I have screenshots on this happening on many different items. Seems like the company does this to get you to higher bid. please be careful!

You can find good stuff here but be ready to get defective items especially electronics.
The return policy is ridicules. It is declared that there is one week for the return. In reality you have only 3! days.
Check all your purchases carefully right on site.
I have been shopping at Auctionmaxx for about 5 years now. I have seen the amount of product increase and as well as the amount of bidders. There are great deals to be had, you just, like anywhere else, need to know the value of what you are bidding on / buying ...
As the years have gone by, the lineups have gotten worse while waiting for your order, which could just be due to sheer volume of items / customers that are there ...
Overall, I enjoy shopping at Auctionmaxx and have fun with the Auction weekly ... there is always a great mix of products of all types available for direct purchase and for auction that are below retail prices ... Im sometimes shocked at what I have found there for what prices, even after 5 years ...
The front staff are always very friendly and always willing to help, if you are a regular shopper, most of them seem to even remember your name and say hi, which is nice =)
The staff in the back are helpful and always friendly willing to lend a hand when they can to even help load some oversized or heavy items ...
If you haven't been, it's worth checking it out at least once to see if you can save some money on something you need !
The absolute best place to shop in Toronto. Professionally ran, quick and efficient service from the back of the warehouse to the front staff to the incredible owners. I've gone every week for over two years now and my family and I are treated so well. You can't beat their pricing anywhere believe me! Keep up the amazing work guys!!
