I love the collagen! All things collagen! The coffee is incredible! Company is no fluff! Just results!! No hype marketing!

Not only are the Collagen II items like BioCell [Life] and the Facial Serum & Moisturizer, etc, AMAZING....The fact that everything is not only healthy but recyclable! Using the Grey water or dirty water to safely water my plants & the popcorn packaging disintegrates when water is added.... safely down the drain!!

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have received from modere. First, they said they would get back to me within 2 business days and when I never heard back, I emailed them again (after trying to call first). They finally got back to me after my 2nd response. They did not satisfy me at all but they marked my issue as resolved without a resolution. I do not recommend this company. A week later, I recieved their response "we can issue a prepaid label to you, though we would deduct $15 from your refund for that label". Mind you, I ordered vanilla and THEY sent chocolate (which I am highly allergic to)

DO NOT order from this company!!! They said there was no auto ship and now have taken 2 additional payments out of my account without authorization. Their customer service department takes hours to get to talk to someone and instead of refunding my money they take more out. I ve spent $20 to return 2 shipments and will probably be out another $10 since they decided to fraudulently make another order for me. I now have to go cancel my account so they won t continue to take more money. So far they have taken $320 out of my account without my consent!

I STILL haven t received the original product I ordered. I placed an order for bio cell + coconut lime trim and somewhere along the way- the company changed my order to any flavor trim . After contacting customer service multiple times and no help was provided (in fact, at one point I was promised a coconut lime trim complimentary and still haven t received that) I let FOUR smart ship orders come through, and still no coconut lime trim. I cancelled my smart ship for obvious reasons. I got zero response the last two times I contacted customer service. Very frustrated and unsatisfied customer. No idea if the product works but the customer service sucks and the vanilla trim tastes gross.

I love the employees here! I called in for some information and I spoke to a Flor Ortega. She was very friendly and gave me clear directions to their location.

Cured my Crohn's disease. 100% genuine! Vera, noni and mineral boost 4 times a day for 3 months and thanks for having me! After 4 years of medicine that made matters worse, these guys fixed me in 5 days! Eye opener to natural medicines :) Thank God!

I have to admit the initial pyramid scheme had me double thinking myself but I am so ever grateful I decided to try them anyway.
I have been free of crohns issues for 15 years now because of these guys.
I will do anything for this company as I pretty much owe my life!

This company charged my credit card without authorization. I did NOT order any products or try to stay active in the company after the 1st month I tried the products. I cannot ever get thru to their customer service department.

I decided to stay away from them due to the photoshopped before and after pictures that their distributor share. I thought at least maybe I could trust the household items. Not so much. A distributor put me on an auto-ship I had no idea I was being signed up for and the home office was less than helpful in getting it resolved. I had to call my credit card in order to get refunded. Poor MLM.

In this place there is no specification that it is an area that only restricted personnel can access.

It would be good if we could know where you can buy and contract.

They do not accept returns and also put into subscriptions without your consent. So you will at-least lose $200 if you try them!

They advertise and sell supposed products for male "floppy" cure. I do not believe there products are truly tried and tested. They also have other options available all of which had hidden fees requiring your credit card company to conduct an investigation in order to get your money refunded. They also seemed very bothered by my phone call that i made in regards to recieving a refund for the phoney enrollment in their merchandise scandal.
