I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have received from modere. First, they said they would get back to me within 2 business days and when I never heard back, I emailed them again (after trying to call first). They finally got back to me after my 2nd response. They did not satisfy me at all but they marked my issue as resolved without a resolution. I do not recommend this company. A week later, I recieved their response "we can issue a prepaid label to you, though we would deduct $15 from your refund for that label". Mind you, I ordered vanilla and THEY sent chocolate (which I am highly allergic to)
