Timeliness: Zack is super responsive by text and email. We scheduled a home inspection with him the day of, and he was accommodating. He even arrived early to the property.
Professionalism: He took the time to explain all that he saw. I didn't have to worry about bothering him with questions. He made it clear that he was there to clarify anything and point out things I hadn't noticed. Most importantly, he took care to give his honest opinion about the home without involving the listing agent (who was really attentive throughout the inspection).
Wealth of knowledge: The inspection took a reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel like we were being rushed. We talked about the pipes, electrical outlets, leaks, insurance, estimated repair costs, everything!
Going above and beyond: I didn't think he'd be able to inspect the roof because it's extremely hard to get up there, but he brought in his own ladder and made it work. The ladder had to go up at an angle, and it didn't stand evenly on the ground. But he was unfazed.
Sometimes home inspections don't include a termite inspection, but this one did. I called some home inspectors who would not inspect the home without it being fully vacant, but Zack was understanding of the situation.
Payment was a breeze; he has Venmo, accepts checks, etc. It was seamless.
Detailed report: It only took a day for him to draft the report. It's got a lot of pictures and analysis. It was very informative, and it will continue to be a useful resource for any renovations we do.
There are a lot of home inspectors out there, but I'd choose to work with Zack again. It was a a great experience, and I learned so much.

Zach conducted an inspection for us today and we were absolutely pleased with his services. My mother was really comfortable since we were first time home buyers we were a bit nervous and weren't sure if this home was going to be a right fit for us but Zach found some problems that we did not know existed. First and foremost the roof was in complete bad condition & he crawled into a small crawl space below the front of the house and found the area completely infested with termites. The seller who was an old lady did not know they existed. My agent fought for us to have the seller pay for the treatment. Without Zacks inspection we would have never found out and the termite situation would have gotten worse. We ended up buying the house and his report helped us greatly negotiate some items that were significant.

I needed someone to inspect a house whilst in a cooling off period within 24 hours. Zack was great and professional and swift in his response. The inspection was thorough as too was the report he provided which included pics. The report was given to me the next day. The price was good considering the quick turnaround I required.
Zack is extremely knowledgeable and will give you straight information. He has strong opinions about some of the things that come up, but I'd rather hear those things and decide what to do about them, than not hear them until it's too late. Inspections sometimes seem to be an unneeded extra expense, but they have saved us thousands of dollars so they are definitely worth it.
