I accidently dropped a box of beer this afternoon. And was gutted, however the staff were so friendly helped me out and assisted with the broken beer box. I was really amazed with the level of service they provided. Appreciate all that and will always shop here.

This is one place where customers drive around looking for the closets park to the door... because they are too lazy to walk... the staff are helpful but the prices are expensive

Great layout and staff very helpful which is why I give them 5 but annoying when you are charged $1 per item over the shelf price, and purchased 18 of these items. Always check your receipt!

What a great store! This New World has a bigger variety of goods than what I have seen compared Auckland stores. Spacious and also wonderful friendly staff. Keep up the awesomeness New World!

My favourite New World Nationally! Clean, well stocked, well see iced and the best butcher in like ever! Great range of meats including the ever elusive offal! Very helpful and friendly staff.

It is good place to wander through, it is in a village of shops, plenty of space to. Parked ones car, some some yogurt raisins

I would like to thank the wonderful young lady who works for you,who kindly offered to jump start my car with her own power pack starter kit on Wednesday 14th February 2018 5pm. She was so polite and obliging to try and help me. Sorry I forgot your name in the rush!!! I was truly impressed, she is a great asset to New World Rototuna, and I hope this message can be given to her, of my sincere thanks. I wish my own child can grow to have your values. I also would like to thank the young man supervisor who suggested they could help me, along with the secong lady who came with the first, to check we were all good and her colleague was safe, and to check if there was anything else I needed.What a team guys!!!

Range is good, only good thing. Check out staff wont know anything, staff on floor know nothing, if you can find it, you owe it.

The layout of this store is excellent. Just love the bakery section. Very impressed with the freshness of the bakery items. So easy to find products. The staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking.

The butchery is excellent and easy to ask for special cuts.
Ordered 4 platters for Christmas day and were fresh and delicious!

Always have heaps in stock and the staff are always very friendly.

If you can not carry a basket and use a trolley even for six items and the two only checks have several people lined up you can not use the self serve. I left my trolley with to e items and walked out. Not good service.

Where do I start? I haven't been to Rotouna New World in several years as it's a distance from home. I went to the Gluten Free section and spent ages looking at the massive selection. So much stuff that I haven't seen at other supermarkets.... I haven't had Vegemite in years. As it contains gluten... but they had a gluten free Vegemite.. I went in for just a dozen things but spent $150.00. Other stores have a terrible selection of Gluten Free foods and if they have them they are hidden in crazy places. Its a struggle to buy frozen Gluten Free foods as well and I have to search the whole frozen department to find nothing. At Rotouna New World they have a separate freezer for Gluten Free Foods with a fantastic selection! At the checkout 2 young guys a checkout operator and packer were amazing. Great customer service and friendly. Asked if I wanted my meat separate and if I wanted it wrapped in paper. Best supermarket experience in a very long time! I'm going to submit my experience to New World Rotouna! Totally blown away with top notch service and selection! Thanks Jas

This is a great New World. Their range is excellent, particularly in the deli, bakery, and butchery/seafood departments. The store is clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to leave you satisfied. Parking is easy with a large carpark.
