Renting an apartment in NYC is always expensive. That being said, I lived here for two years and I loved my experience. The door men, shout out to Josh for being so helpful, we re kind. The maintenance crew were also very helpful and were always there when I needed help.
The only downside about the apartment building is the noise. Since it s on Broadway there will be noisy nights but I feel that s everywhere in NYC. Overall, it s a great place to live.
