Lisa Marie and her whole team have been absolutely amazing. I have had my loan for 9 months and have had to make changes regarding my payment because I was laid off from my job. They were so understanding and worked with me to change my payment so that I would remain in good standing. They are kind, and so accommodating. It has been a pleasure to work with them. I am so grateful for their kindness and their professionalism during this difficult time!

I have had my car financed with this company for 18 months now and my principal has not gone down. Where is my money going? They are not applying my payment to the principal at all. they are not even reporting to the credit bureaus. FRAUDULENT company

I am giving lisa Marie five stars she is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with I feel that she has went out of her way a few times to make it easier on my finances she never asked me why I needed to do something and she has always been straight up front with me if she didn't know an answer to my question she would be honest and tell me instead of blow smoke my way and she found the answer within minutes again by far the best representative I have worked with I hope i can keep her on my side the length of my loan

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE......they lied and wont return calls and pretty much stealing my money saying im done with a car but they wont send and email as proof. And and his name is nick

By far the worst financial company that there is out there stay away!!! First of all they do not REPORT to the CREDIT bureau's so if you are trying to purchase a vehicle to fix your credit , better your credit in order to purchase a home because credit cards just aren't working . Stay the hell away from this company you'll end up paying a really high interest-rate and getting no other benefit other than a vehicle that hopefully doesn't break down at any given time.

I also have a recording of a Lisa newsman who is a representative there calling me ma'am several times, mind you I am a male so I don't know if this was a gay bashing or what but they seem to be all laughing in a conference room when giving me the news of basically you're screwed Dude we don't have to report to the credit bureau's.

they are rude and cocky and arrogant they think that they have you backed in a corner because they own your vehicle which is hilarious because I have three vehicles. I will not rest until everybody on social media hopefully a news station will pick up the story including the dealership in their wrong doing and everyone that will listen! my goal is to help thousands of people save their self from stress headache and agony of dealing with the company.

Lisa Marie is the best! I have had recent financial issues and she is working with me so I can keep my car. Great place for your auto financing.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If they could have 0 stars or a fraud report button I'd be using that instead. I'm convinced the 5 star reviews were for a giveaway or something. My husband has made every payment for 3 years at almost $400 and has paid off $4000. Do the math. By our interest calculations we should have paid off thousands more than that. This is essentially a legal scam that shouldn't be legal. Not BBB accredited! Never ever ever use this company!

I have been financing my car through New Start Financial for a little over a year now, and have had an incredible experience. Lisa Marie has been handling my account, and has always been easily reachable, extremely pleasant, and so very understanding. I hit some hard financial times recently, and she has always worked with me in regard to payments so that I am able to keep my car running! I highly recommend working with this company!!

I have had nothing but GREAT customer service from this company! When I lost my job, they worked with me to get back on track, with absolutely no problems. I don't know his name but the man who used to answer the phone was super nice and helpful. Now Lisa, who I've been working with, have all been great! I'd recommend them if you need a car financed and your credit isn't the greatest.

They took good care of me . . My car had problems and they refinance it and helped me get it fixed. Of course my payment went up but I was still riding .
So glad I have them in my corner. Lisa Marie is a lot better now
