Show was small and parking was a bit crazy for the jewelry show.

I didn't like how they had the set up the here with one door open for security Made the line super long

The convention center was pretty nice, however, it does feel a bit dated. However, the restrooms were always well kept and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Too large, and take too long to move around between sessions

I was here for the Bronner Brothers hair show and it was great. One thing I didn't like was the parking is so far from where everything was and they were charging $20 which is outrageous to me but it was the only parking option. This building is huge. I was only there for the event I was attending but if you were in search for a place to hold your event with plenty of room, this would be a great place.

SHRM17 was held at this venue site and it was great. Perfect location.

Excellent place to visit. We enjoyed every minute of our visit. Will visit again.

Love the atrium restaurant and the size of the convention halls. Easy to navigate.

ESSENCE FESTIVAL THRU an amazing event compared to the one held in NY.

Been here several times over the years and I love it.

All facilities were clean, starbucks and others take care of basic needs. Good location.

This place was huuuge! The security there was on point, making sure each individual followed guidelines.

It's a big convention center. Nothing particular noteworthy. The food is like airport food, the hall is large.

Typical convention center. Very large. Food not that great.

It was a good resource for people displaced by hurricane Laura.

One incredible convention and exhibition center. Attended the recent Collision Conference there. So large, so much space, it is like a city within a city. Right by the Mississippi River and walking distance to the CBD of New Orleans, the historic and magnificent French Quarter and the vibrant Warehouse District. Why would any convention go elsewhere? It's all here.

Work in progress and hopefully when completed will move more smoothly. Areas need more/better directional signage. Always a workout when going here from parking to getting in the building to finding where you need to go. The security outside was helpful in getting pedestrians across the street.

Enjoyed myself listening to former Secretary of Education under the Obama Administration at the Teacher's Convention

This place and the staff is awesome I would definitely recommend going here to any event

It's a convention center. If you've seen one you've seen them all

If you are needing to get your steps in, this is the place for you! It is huge and VERY long. Knowing where to enter is key. Otherwise you can be in for a half mile walk :)

Huge!! Accommodated various vendors with room to spare. Only complaint was of the closing of the bathrooms while people were leaving the venue. Folks were not happy!

We were there for the ENDO 2019 Congress, a beautiful exhibition center

This place is huge! Make sure when you attend a convention here to have very comfortable shoes.
Parking lots are abundant and most charge 30 dollars per day.
There is available street parking but they only offer parking in two hour intervals, there is an app for the parking but unfortunately you can not add time from it so if you can't make it back to your car to move it or start all over you will get a 30 dollar ticket like I did. There are multiple hotels and restaurants all around the facility. The front of the convention center is undergoing a redesign (February 2019) and is supposed to be finished by the fall.
But now it is a total mess and it is very bogged down with traffic and detours
You may want to take Lyft or uber although they jack up the rates during highly attended events. Some hotels have shuttles so that you can avoid getting ripped off.

Omgoodness!!! Speechless! Everything from the food to the service was exceptional!

This is the biggest convention center I've ever seen! Multiple giant ballrooms and very nice and clean and air conditioned inside. Starbucks and many other drinks and food items available inside. There is a small food court with traditional south fare that opens around lunch time for convention goers. I loved coming here for my husband's convention.

It was great, just not enough bathrooms for the ladies, and one of the vender groups tried to cheat us with our change back. Over all it was very nice.

Nice and clean! They had a great event called Nola fest here.

Attended ACS meeting. Excellent location. Riverside mall is just next building. Street car station is just below the mall. 15min to French Quarter. Nice area.

Witnessed Essence Festival here. An amazing experience.

Had a conference here the staff was on point, engaged more with the it crew tho so my experience ia limited but the center is definitely a lovely place to visit and thoroughly enjoyed my stay .

Great conversation center, road construction is very challenging, hope to get it done quickly!!!

It is a great place to have a conference. But it is a huge place and going from one end to another can take good 15-20 min. For my conference the names of the rooms were little confusing (but i think that was the organisers fault) and the food available inside was not that great. But there is Starbucks available for a coffee hit althoufh the queue became extraordinarily long during the breaks.

Rather uniquely it's close to an outlet mall which is just next door!

This Place is HUGE you can fly a plane in it the food was very good.

Biggest Convention Center I've ever seen. Clean, friendly staff, great venue, perfect venue.

Nice facility. Parking is $20. The lot I used did not accept credit or debit cards so be sure you have cash.

Had a great time @ the Gospel part of The Essence 2019

It is huge ! If you like to walk, this is for you.

Very large venue. Close to down town, the outlet mall, and aquarium. Large conference rooms and very spacious. Also has a food court and star bucks inside.

Great place to have a meeting or a party. Rooms for meetings come in all sizes. You can modify the spaces to meet your needs.

A nice clean place that was a comfortable place to attend a convention.
