I use to think that this was one of the greatest agency in the game but then the state department stepped in and wanted all documents on my case and i got a 30 day so somebody plz explain it to what are you trying to hide what's done in the dark always come to the light
By far the WORST home health agency in Columbus!!! Stay away if you want your family members to stay alive!!!!
I love this agency .Am a client there ,they treat you well.They respect their client as well as employees.I have introduced my friends who need services to this agency,and they are happy.
Vickey is very dependable and will the extra mile in her care for Hailey. We have used new millennium for nine years and have been very satisfied all nine years. I would recommend new millennium with out hesitation to anyone looking for home health care
They Are Highly Unprofessional!
A health aide showed up and then left my immobile and helpless mother alone for almost 45 minutes. I didn't know where she was!
Further, they were supposed to accommodate us and for TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS, NOBODY showed up!
I would not recommend their services at all. They are totally UNRELIABLE!
I d give no star if I could. I worked here and during my employment they were very rude when calling. I informed them of Medicaid fraud being committed by an aide who was never at the patients house when I came to do my nursing visit nothing was done. I volunteered to work as an aide for one of my pts I did nursing visits for, and they lied and told the pt I only wanted to work as her nurse. Then the aide they set up no showed and called asking me to do it. When I first applied I called prior to going in and asked general questions how many visits could the start me with and pay. When I got there to apply they said I was not telling the truth because they would never give out that information over the phone. I told them yes they did give me that information and even called the the number I spoke to the person I talked to on while I was standing there. They went in the back and came back and said yeah okay your right, well are you interested. Very rude. When I quit the DON called me stupid because I was irritated that they had not paid me for one of my visits and I told them multiple times there were two notes dated for 1/30 but if they looked at the actual note one of them said the 24th so they owed me for that visit. They refused I will be filing a complaint with labor laws. I already informed Medicaid and Medicare if he fraud. I may even contact the joint commission. If your African American be ware because they are only nice to people who are African. There are no Americans working in that office only Africans. Very rude and biased. I was only here a month. Then left for bigger and better.
My aunt was in serious need of a home health aide. I had no idea what company to call. After praying on it, I decided to try New Millenium Home Health care.
What a blessing! Everyone I've dealt with has been outstanding. All have been very caring and concerned, making sure my aunt would get the care and services she needs.
So far, my aunt had really liked all the caregivers (she has 24/7 care).
New Millennium is simply fantastic. After several months of putting off a decision to get in-home care for my mom, we're now wondering, "Why didn't we do this earlier?"
Every step in the process has been simple, and everyone we deal with. They were kind, helpful and could get someone there by the next morning! I explained what was required. They understood everything and they really take care for my mom amazingly. We cannot be more delighted and grateful for their care and attention, and we would recommend them to anyone facing the same decision we were.
I am very pleased with this agency. We found them after using a couple of other agencies and the difference has been night and day. Caregivers and management are all very attentive and have been so kind to mom, she loves them and so do I!
