Current home owner in one of their 2006 builds. As other commenter said ask any home owner. I would love to see blueprint vs how home constructed. Wall studs not spaced correctly to code making hanging anything heavy nearly impossible. Drive down my development and you will see all of the dual pane windows have the same leak leading to hazy or condensation inside the leaked seals undoing the energy efficiency. Foundation andmb issues due to improperly ground preparation for Sacramento flood plain clay soil. Hvac air intake warped when purchased in 2012 so not even 10 years old when changed hands and many issues already popped up. Conviently the builder was out of business by then. It s a shame to see they have made a comeback to continue to cause future problems for future homeowners.

Home was slapped together during the last gasps of housing bubble(thankfully I bought after the collapse) but the sub standard construction still leaves little faith in longevity. My structural engineer friend asked how is this possible of missing non up to code stud spacing that there should have been Inspections during building unless there was corruption involved. It all made sense when I learned it s a city councilman who owns the company imagine that. Couldn t possibily be the reason now could it

This company does not pay their subcontractors in a timely manner and makes false promises. We work for many builders in the area and have never been treated this poorly by a builder.

I purchased a home a few years back and could not be more pleased. I am as pleased as I was when I purchased the property then as I am today. I have been following this company and watch as the quality of their developments has only increased. I am looking to potentially purchase a unit in one of their midtown projects as a investment property.
