Making my own homemade body butter from their supply for my little business, the products I made it turn out really nice on my skin too. I haven't buy any body butter or cream from other place now. I purchased 2 (100ML) bottles of New Direction's Sandalwood Fragrance Oil (as a blind buy!), and it was the "best" Sandalwood fragrance oil that I have ever purchased over the last 20 years. The aroma was earthy, rich and deep and long-lasting on the skin as a perfume oil. I used this oil in my oil-burner at home, as a body fragrance oil and as a diffuser oil in my electric aroma diffuser with fantastic results. I would highly recomend this product. A+++++. Received faulty hardened chamomile essential oil. It s been a 5 month process of emails back and forth. No replacement item has been offered nor received. No reimbursement of funds spent in faulty item. Company trying to inform it is normal for oils to go hard and be impossible to remove from the bottle. They advise to warm bottle to be able to remove the oil. Never in all the years have I had a pure essential oil go hard. Batch number of the item and photo evidence provided to the company. Will never deal with this company again. Back to trusted company DoTERRA

The online catalogue is easy to navigate. Delivery was efficient. In ordering onlineI I was disappointed to find I could not order more than 100 mls of rose-hip oil and I wondered if $100 was considerably expensive for such a small bottle? I visited New Directions in Marrickville two months ago and was under the impression then that I could have purchased a larger quantity of rose-hip oil for a significantly smaller cost. I was unable to purchase at the time because the store was closing and so I was compelled to order online upon return to my home in the country.

I am a Complementary medicine practitioner/Homoeopath in SE Queensland. I have been using New Directions for both aromatherapy oils and also bottles, caps, dispensers and vials for many years. I have never once had cause to complain about the quality of the products or the impeccable service I have always received.

I bought 3 oils from New Directions & they were delivered very quickly. They were packed really well so no chance of leakage. One of the things I was curious about was whether they d be in glass bottles & if they weren t it would have been a deal breaker for me...but they were in glass bottles so I was happy. Would definitely recommend. Also the price was much more reasonable than other companies I checked. Will definitely purchase from them again.
