Received faulty hardened chamomile essential oil. It s been a 5 month process of emails back and forth. No replacement item has been offered nor received. No reimbursement of funds spent in faulty item. Company trying to inform it is normal for oils to go hard and be impossible to remove from the bottle. They advise to warm bottle to be able to remove the oil. Never in all the years have I had a pure essential oil go hard. Batch number of the item and photo evidence provided to the company. Will never deal with this company again. Back to trusted company DoTERRA
