I am a Complementary medicine practitioner/Homoeopath in SE Queensland. I have been using New Directions for both aromatherapy oils and also bottles, caps, dispensers and vials for many years. I have never once had cause to complain about the quality of the products or the impeccable service I have always received.

New Directions are a great company. Their Aromatherapy oils are fantastic, the packing products/bottles are great, their service and the promptness of order delivery are fantastic, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I cannot speak highly enough of New Directions. I am extremely happy with my longstanding association with them.
