We were delighted with every aspect of our kitchen renovation. From the initial visit (where Raif Branca REALLY listened and subsequently designed a beautiful kitchen with our needs in mind) through planning, design, and materials selection, every step was professionally handled with superb customer service. Once scheduling was confirmed and demolition began, we were kept informed of each step, dates were adhered to, crew was consistent and consistently excellent. Our project was left clean at the end of every day. The lead installer, Antonio, was a perfectionist (in the best way) and an artist. From tiling, to the construction of a pantry, to cabinet installation, his work was perfect. The finished kitchen is beautiful, its design is ergonomically perfect, and New Dimension s two-year warranty on all their work gives us great peace of mind. In short we highly recommend New Dimensions!
Steve Marzocchi, doesn't do any of the work.
He had guys move my 48" subzero refrigerator and they broke it. Cost me $2500.00 in repairs.
Then I needed to get another contractor to install the 2 windows that were never done.
And now the contractor opened up the wall only to find out the subcontractor roughed it out wrong.
The owner is horrible with communication and demands cash at the end of the day.
The refrigerator top molding has to be redone because they made it not square.

This job and experience is the worst ever.
Stay away from this company.
