They rejected my application literally based on nothing. Here the facts.

Applied on the 27th of October, I received the rejection notification from LinkedIn the day after in the morning. However by using LinkedIn tools, I noticed that they didn't even review my LinkedIn profile, they didn't open my application (usually LinkedIn notifies when an application is opened and viewed by the recruiter) nor my CV was downloaded or open for screening.

Considering the job offer was still open the same day, I reached out to ask for an explanation in order to understand based on what my application was rejected.

Adrem is by far the best creative recruitment agency that I worked with. They are very approachable, had an interview ready for me within the week, and another two soon after. Which resulted in 2 offers! I'm sure all of their consultants are great, however, it could be that I was lucky that Monica Michalska was mine, so if you have the chance to choose with who you work with don't hesitate to pick her!

My experience of working with Malaika was exceptional. From initial contact until she successfully placed me into my current role, she consistently supported me. She was super friendly, helpful and patient throughout the whole process and made everything a lot more easier and stress free! Most important also, she kept in touch even after getting the role. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start a career as an Architect. :)

From the the time I got a call from David, Adrem have provided exceptional service and support. Although the timeline was long they were able to coordinate and keep the process moving. David gave me a clear idea of what was required from the employer at each stage to ensure I was successfully employed.
