Horrible apartments horrible plumbing they don t fix anything I ve been staying here 4months the first two weeks I didn t have running water I just can t wait to move when my lease is up I DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments unless you don t mind fixing things yourself and remodeling a rental property! Oh and did I mention I have mold in my closet they said the pipes had busted before I moved in and I d b ok if I left the door closed. It s a place to lay your head though.

They just hire inexperienced people right out of the apartments as maintenance that don t know what they are doing. They don t fix anything. My apartment has no screens on any windows. They will just shut the water off with out any warning. When it s cold out the recommend you put on extra layers since air can come in from the holes around the door knobs and under the big gaps under and around the door. When I moved in my apartment was still dirty like someone just had moved out. When I called they said I should ve took pics and wrote everything in a letter. If you call for bug spray they will literally only spray where you said you had seen a bug. The environment isn t so bad since they cut down the trees people used to hang out under in the summer, but it at first it was like a damn black expo every weekend lbvs. People just stare in your damn car as you ride through. Watch for kids while you drive through, they re usually unsupervised. Don t let your kids out. The park is just some bars and the kids are very grown and talk about sex, curse, and they are rude. It s okay during the winter because everyone is inside. I do not recommend you move here. Like AT ALL. My apartment is literally falling apart. Some heaters don t work. Dirty piss smelling filters in the air conditioners. Which there s only two in the house. One in the master bedroom & in living room. They paint over everything and glue what is falling apart. Thank god my lease is up in Jan because I feel cheated everyday I come home . I hate it here. Don t move here. Unless you like mice.
I'm updating this review: We have lived here now for close to 3 years. Normal problems that you would have with an older apartment. The office staff is helpful though which is wonderful. People you get what you give. If you call up to the office and scream and yell and cuss they're not going to be very willing to help. No the apartments aren't the fanciest but they are updating the units as people move out. They could be better but they could also be much worse. They've recently added security, which I personally appreciate. They're trying to clean them up, they're worth giving a chance.
Honestly the only bad thing I can say about these apartment is the location. Anytime we have had any issues the maintenance has responded quickly and actually fixes things the first time. The property manager is a nice lady, she is helpful when I've asked questions or needed help. For the most part it's quiet and no one bothers it and our apartment is huge. There's tons of storage space and the apartment is laid out nicely.
Wondering if ibshould apply after reading these reviews. Good and bad. Old and new. I won't speculate on reviews alone of course. Ive passed by this conplex many times seeing how i didnt live far from here a year ago. Whenever i drove past, either police were over there or children would be getting off the bus and parents would be half dressed waiting on their porch for the kids to get home. Kids were not being gotten off the bus by parents. The feel of the complex itself, after i visited a couple times, was just a negative vibe and seemed loud and unconformable. Im looking to move from my current location by august. Ill have to see how the office staffins and ask some questions. I read reviews for every complex im interested in. Hope im not disappointed when i come in.
My sister stays (2 months 27 days) in these raggedy close to being condemned apartments she has mold 2 holes that need to be pathed properly(had to FORCE them to do what was done) cracks in floor in the walls only one a.c. unit when promised 2 her stove was broken for months before they brought he another stove which has no numbers on the dials bath tube doesn't drain properly no screens in the Windows paint on the floor disgusting and raggedy the half assed people they send out don't know what they are doing and honestly look like they'll come in your place later with a truck and a crew on our way to take these lazy disgusting people go court and get her out of this lease DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT come here unless you just want to give your money away I got mad taking pics so I stopped
It's the most awful place I've ever seen in my life! Night time comes and you would think it's a college campus! Gun shots, fights, drunk people constantly walking around! I am literally terrified to death at nights! I don't understand why this Is ok!! They're is so many older people that live there and I know for fact they hate it. Doesn't make any since!
