Very disappointed with New Balance for my recent purchase. I purchased the product on 18 Aug priced at $239 and only after I checked with them 2 times, they realised that my order was on hold. They claimed there was a system error where they put the wrong price. They requested for me to pay the difference of $70 which I don't agree. After expressing my disappointment on this, they updated me 4 days later that they had proceeded to cancel the order.

It's my first time ordering from New Balance and I will never purchase again from them.

Their items at this outlet are generally off season or they are doing a clearance of stock. If you are looking for a more popular choice, this isn't the place you would like to go.

However, the price of the shoes range from SGD50 to SGD140. They tend to have sales which have discount up to 50% or 20% off regular priced items.

The staffs are remarkably friendly and helpful. They will try their best to find shoes that are suitable for your feet condition.

Hence, if you are not very particular on the latest models or designs, this could be a place where you can grab a good deal.

Very patient, friendly & helpful staff. A very pleasant experience shopping there on 23 Dec. for its 1 for 1 promotion. Even regularly priced items were not steeply priced for comfortable footwear to my surprise.

Range of deals from S$70 - 90 here. Outlet is medium sized compared to the huge Nike one on the same floor. Designs and styles are slightly outdated. Shop attendants are relatively helpful :))

Good variety. Reasonably priced versus other NB stores outside of Singapore.

One of the few places in Singapore where can find "Wide" size shoes, i.e. 2e width. I wear this width instead of the d width or medium width which is more common here in SG. Even has kids shoes in Wide width. The selection is somewhat limited as this is an outlet store, but hey at least get the wide size sneakers here. They sell only sneakers/sports shoes. Prices are reasonable, not cheap, but more adorable than buying in retail.

V friendly, cheerful helpful staffs at this outlet. A pleasant time spent at this outlet.
