Disappointing! Did not honour the price that I've paid!
Very disappointed with New Balance for my recent purchase. I purchased the product on 18 Aug priced at $239 and only after I checked with them 2 times, they realised that my order was on hold. They claimed there was a system error where they put the wrong price. They requested for me to pay the difference of $70 which I don't agree. After expressing my disappointment on this, they updated me 4 days later that they had proceeded to cancel the order.
It's my first time ordering from New Balance and I will never purchase again from them.
