hr is good and managrment is haywire right now.company has achieved 26% of business development . They are mistakingly expecting good people to join with a 100 day time horizon to cover their 74%.
In my 10 years of work experience..this is the best place to work.. In was lucky to work directly with the founder who groomed me and I have earned the best learning that will be helpful throughout my life..
Love the place, company's vision is spot on and they are heading in right direction. All the people are very accessible, lots to learn and most important you are allowed to venture new technologies. Its a growing company so dont expect a eye pleasing infrastructure and all. They will definitely achieve it but everything takes time. I believe that the people make a company great and thats what it is..

I have never seen worst company before...very informal they have no Contact or reception ..HR, Accountant sits at 8x8 sq. ft. and staff just beat about the bush...Really they cannot afford one reception desk...Shame on You..Please don't go at there.I don't want to give least one star but it doesn't accept at least one star.

Security didn't allowed to park our vehicle at basement parking when came for interview. Didn't understood the logic here. We know it's a small company but these are some of the mandatory stuff for being a company. How will we be parking outside of building somewhere, that too it's on very hot summer. Security switched off fans when I was sitting there.
bad experience. CEO is out of business cards and talking about valuation of 50 million.
