Chuck at Network Electric was refered to us by A-1 All County Septic. Our septic system alarm was not working and we weren't sure if the pumps were working. We had two other electrical companies send out electricians, both companies said they worked on septic systems. It took three days to get the first guy out, who told us we needed all new pumps and floats and needed to retrench all the electrical. We didn't believe that, so we called another company, they took two days to come out, but the tech sent was honest and said he didn't know anything about septic systems, and wasn't sure why he had been sent by his company, which was frustrating but okay. I then got the referal for Chuck, and he was GREAT on the first phone conversation. He returned my call at 8am, and said he knew the brand of our system and he could be out later that day. He arrived by 12:30 and was done by 1:00pm. It took him 30 minutes to solve our septic problem, and the cost was not much at all, the emergency switch needed to be replaced. Chuck was AWESOME and if we have trouble again, I know who I am calling first!
