Very bad guys. I won t ever never recommend them. They don t say upfront but I lost money now I need to get repair somewhere. Don t go to them. Very doggie. I lost money. Very painful. No proper reply from them. They can t figure the problem. Bit still charged me. Hopeless not at all capable person.
Really great service, brought my laptop in the morning and was fixed within a few hours. Costs and fees were very reasonable as well, very happy over all. Recommend this company to anyone

Delivered an older laptop (Windows 7) for a check. I had the HDD replaced by an SSD a year or two ago and was very happy with the outcome. This time we it needed a general clean-up to hopefully improve performance. We had to follow up to find when it was finished and when my wife picked it up was told --'well its pretty old anyhow ' (about 6years) and the screen and keyboard were dirty. Wouldn't go back there.
Buyer Beware - these guys are incompetent and FRAUDULENT
I was recommended this company and bought a laptop off them to urgently replace my work computer. It did not arrive as promised - I paid a $50 delivery fee. My staff member collected it. There was no set up or checking of the laptop from Netway. He was handed a laptop in a sealed box plus the refunded freight fee. I charged it up and then noticed that there was damage to the internal screen. I rang and they advised they wouldn't do anything because I did keep the box. My staff Member dropped the laptop off in my own laptop bag. We rang 2 weeks later to find out the outcome and were told we must have dropped the laptop off to someone else - they did not have the $1800 laptop. Naturally I was enraged and called the Police - turns out it's a DOCEP matter - it's theft in my opinion. I did go to the shop and they called their Security but it turns out that they only had footage from the 17/2/18. We had dropped it off on the 13/2/18. Very convenient. There care factor has been NIL. They refused to offer me a temporary laptop while the issue of the damage was resolved. They are extremely unprofessional and do not care about their customers. STAY away from Netway they are bad news!
