Leather is super high quality - my purse is still like new 1.5 yrs later! Lots of compliments.

Went by two days before Xmas in last ditch effort to find a locally made bag for my wife that I thought she would like. Staff were excellent with suggestions and even pointed me to one not out on display that was on sale that fit the size, colour and look I was describing. Left happy, wife even happier when she opened it.

Just recently got a bag and the strap was chewed up by my dog. Love the bag. But they won't sell me a replacement strap for it. Now the 400 dollar bag is rendered useless

Love my caramel TGIF. It has traveled to many places with me since I got it in 2016 and only looks better with wear <3

Got myself a gorgeous new purse today after a friend purchased one earlier this year (I was with her when she purchased it and have been envious ever since!). Had a great experience in the store both times.

Sadly, I wouldn't recommend ordering a purse from Erin Templeton's online store. While I wanted very much to support an independent designer, the purse I received in the mail was not of the same quality as the one I had seen in a local store (which had sold out at the time I wanted to buy it). The return policy was very quick (5 days only) and I had already paid quite a bit for shipping, so hesitated. When I did complain, and was even willing to cover the material costs + of a new purse in the same design (which I do love) I was met with indifference and even ignored. It's too bad and quite disappointing. Perhaps only buy in the store and not online.

Very nice owner. She has owned the store for 17 years and has started making her own leather for 10 years. Only one change room but otherwise extremely beautiful shop
