The following positive: The store is nicely divided and the contact upstairs is accordingly nice and you get noticed right away. Also in the service you are welcomed nicely, even when there is a lot of stress. There were problems, but these were finally solved in conversation :-).

I've been looking for a more powerful personal com...

I've been looking for a more powerful personal computer for quite some time when I became aware of the store because I had to pick up a UPS package there.
After a short request, I was then referred to a colleague (Mr. Radovic), who would be more familiar with such PCs.
This was then very well advised by e-mail (because we could not meet in person because of my working hours) very well. After a few emails, it was then staked out what kind of PC is the right one for me (here was also paid attention to the price-performance and not just the most expensive parts taken).
After I have commissioned the PC, it came then unfortunately once to delivery difficulties (housing) and once was already delivered part faulty, which then delayed everything.
After describing the situation, Mr Radovic approached me at the price.
Meanwhile I have the PC 2 weeks and I am very satisfied.

All in all, I have very little to complain about. A small point of criticism might be the communication between technician / Mr. Radovic and me after placing the order, because I was not informed after the delivery bottleneck of the case and had hopes to get the PC earlier and then had to call myself to go to the PC ask (a short e-mail with the current state would have been nice :)).
But such delays can happen in any case and since I then benefits were offered, I think that's not too tragic.

Great service and reasonable prices. I went there today just to pick up a single SATA cable (listed on their website at 0.77 ) and they actually gave me one from their repair shop for free. It's nice to see a brick and mortar store not rip people off when it comes to cables (Amazon has them for less than a 1 , but Media Markt will charge you as much as 13 for the exact same generic cable).

just a laptop? Or rather once everything from the server cabinet to the network cable on the 100m roll? No problem. The staff are not only competent, but also super friendly and helpful. Clear recommendation, if you not only looking for the cheapest price, but would like a good product with good service for a reasonable price.

Be understanding and friendly with users. If you were to notice immediately upon entering that you are going down the stairs to the right for service reception, you would not be standing in line for otherwise.

In search of a powerful gaming laptop and the almost infinite configuration options, I went to NetFactory. I was received very friendly and motivated on site. After I expressed my wishes, I received perfect technical advice. Despite the many technical terms and abbreviations, I never felt overwhelmed, thanks to the very good explanations from the employee (Mr. Rad ...). Ultimately, I went home with a product that was above my expectations of technical specifications and below my price range. I am absolutely satisfied and will be shopping there again.

Many thanks to the super fast technical support of NetFactory. We have been customers of the company in Karlsruhe for many years. After there was a problem with one of our computers yesterday, a technician immediately looked at the device and helped us further.

Here is the requested reason:






When I asked why I am not notified earlier, or whether somebody would have contacted me at ANY time if I had not called, I get the answer:
"EVENTUALLY ... the charging electronics are defective. We would exchange them for 600 ".
Answer: Possibly .. have a nice day.
(I received the 50 Euro deposit / error analysis back - 1 star for it)

Unfriendly staff - customer service training would...

Unfriendly staff - customer service training would be highly recommended here !!!! Is there as a UPS acceptance point for both UPS and Amazon, but UPS is currently not accepting and is getting pampy without end.
Actually wanted to take my Acer gaming laptop for maintenance but I can only strongly advise against doing any business here !!!!!

Super friendly, competent and comprehensive advice on a new laptop - needs-oriented without any prejudice (Mr. Litinas); excellent and precise implementation of personal data migration wishes by Hr. Carpenter in engineering; no "readjustment" required, careful explanation and personal instruction on the new device !!!

I am happy to rate NetFactroy GmbH here. The notebook center is particularly impressive because of the great service! You are dealt with directly and very professionally. The staff is trained and doesn't just offer the expensive equipment!

The range is large, there is everything for students and developers. You can have a look around in peace, or you can tell a friendly employee your requirements and get a notebook recommended.

The prices are really very fair, not high and not unrealistic. The entire stay is very pleasant. A coffee is also in there :)
