I recently had the opportunity to interact with Net-ability, and my experience was quite average. 😐 While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found the overall service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was decent, but the level of expertise displayed by the customer support team left me wanting more. They seemed knowledgeable on the surface but struggled to address technical issues effectively. Additionally, the range of products and services offered felt limited compared to their competitors. On a positive note, their pricing was reasonable, and they did meet the agreed-upon deadlines for my project. Overall, Net-ability is a decent company, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and product variety. 👍
