Very rude customer service. When I called to ask for a change of timings of the delivery of their water bottles they refused to check for different timings they have and they are asking me to find someone to keep the bottles and the money or coupons with...since I don't have coupons so I asked if I can buy coupons from anywhere since no one is available to pay for the coupons at home they asked me to leave 1000 pounds to buy the coupons with the doorman! Anyway I told them that is not possible and that I need an alternative their reply was there is no alternative so I asked her does that mean I can't receive service from you anymore and she replied YES!!! When I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused telling me no one is there today.... Seriously customer service in egypt is always disastrous..mits a pity to see such a prestigious company which such employees....but I am sure Nestle swiss will have a different opinion than those 2 customer service employees....

2- At beginning of 2020: Many departments of Company called & e-mailed me mentioned: There is a something mistake! I replied, i saw like this design from them many times before ... And even, they wanted to give me another Free Package instead to my home but i refused.
3- At 08/2020: During stay the summer holiday with my brother (I don't buy these Products?). He bought the attached Package. It's Still the same: As mentioned before they /we will not change.
4- My opinion is: Prevent buying ... We know now, many things including "Ice Cream" are not Important ... We can STAY & make it by ourselves at HOME with better & cheaper ways?

Customer service zero in follow have a problem with them concerning analyse water from mid August and till now didn't get the results and their daily answer to my call to them is we are going to call you

Even though I am supposed to get one 19.1 litre nestle water delivered to my home weekly, this has not been the case for the past few weeks. I called and complained and customer service (19800) said to call before hand and confirm which I did. Still no one came. As a result, I have to buy my own water from other nearby stores which poses a big risk on my health as they don't deliver and I have to go buy it in person (I can only carry one container at a time which means I have to do this every week). I don't know what Nestle's problem is? Is it because I don't always tip the Nestle deliverer? Well I don't always have change and things have been tight considering the lockdown.

There is a major problem with delivery and communication with the company, either in normal situations or in emergency situations. It simply means that they have no problem that they leave you without water for two or three days depending on the mood of their distribution, and you will not find anyone who hears your complaint.

Their drinking water product and service is the Worst in customer service. Very rude customer service representatives, never return calls and the use of rude language, hang up on clients and never want to transfer the line to managers to solve the issues. Even worst laughing at customers or making fun of them on the line
