Nero ac Review

Tony is awesome, as well as the install guys! Tony has come to both our houses to do work. He installed an ac and furnace in our last house and when that went so well and I always had someone I could ask anything to afterwards, I knew I would call him when we needed a toe kick heater in our new house. It was a bigger project then I assumed, especially coordinating with other trades redoing our whole kitchen. When we had an issue afterwards even not knowing if it was related Tony walked me through any easy fixes and sent someone out with in the hour! We won t go anywhere else.

Technician (Dave) immediately identified the problem, and was able to correct it; he had all necessary parts on his truck.
He was knowledgeable and took time to explain the options to me; once that decision was made, he went right to work.

NY Dave is the best he's the only service man I want coming to my home Dave knows his stuff and is very professional.

I have been a long time customer of Nero. I have a HVAC maintenance contract that I think is well worth having. Not only do I have the piece of mind that my HVAC system is being maintained but also that the company is very responsive when there is a problem. An example of this occurred today. I woke up to a temperature of 59 degrees. At 8 AM I called Nero to report my problem and by 9 AM a technician was at my house. The office staff are always pleasant and courteous. I spoke with Pam today. Dave, the technician was great! He resolved the issues, explained everything he found and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and would be an asset to any company.

David was great! Very knowledgeable and stayed on point given Covid restrictions. He wore a mask and made me and my family comfortable given Covid restrictions etc.

Excellent and prompt service on replacement of valve on our boiler. The service tech Dave was professional, knowledgeable, neat, and thorough. He was able to describe the issue in language that we could understand.
Nero installed our new heating system 10 years ago. Since that time their maintenance and cleaning has been all we've needed to keep our system running well and efficiently. Our relatively new supplemental heating system needed attention. One of the units wasn't working and the first floor of our house was cold. Servicing had been inadvertently overlooked for the past five years because the original installer failed to stress to us the importance of annual inspections and proper maintenance. A couple of our neighbors used Nero and were pleased. I called them on a Friday at 4:00 p.m. and Dave, one of their servicemen, appeared the following Monday and repaired the defective unit. We were impressed by Dave's knowledge, skills, efficiency, and professionalism. We plan to have Nero inspect and service our system annually. Thank you for the opportunity to share our very positive experience.

I have been a happy customer for many years. My central air unit wasn't running at full strength so I called for an appointment. Nero sent someone out the same day and fixed the problem. Good, fast service and friendly technicians.
