It is difficult to navigate on the site; advertising pop-ups constantly open which confuse the customer, the information is not easily found (I could not find the charging points in my city), the instructions are not clear; absolutely exaggerated the fixed commission of 10% on each top-up made at an authorized point and applied since last February; at the same time, no online recharge possibilities are available except through rigid and expensive contracts - unless I have not managed to find the right page - At this point I prefer to use the classic paper vouchers, at least everything is clear there.
