I use this place because they are friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are really competitive.

Really amazing place took my old pc in and they were happy to take my graphics card and ram out and put into my new machine ( seen as not bad then a long time ). Really impressed all over recommend this shop nice people amazing computers and a wide range off other computing accessories and parts plus warranty on there computers for 3 years. Would highly recommend going worth the money all off it thanks for building amazing machines and selling other stuff handy seen as close by and all.

Brilliant prices and friendly staff but i have had soo many problems with my pc including textures not loading in not being able to clip things and my pc specs are more than enough

I ordered a custom built PC from here about a month ago. The website was easy to use and when it was done they kindly delivered it. It has worked perfectly from the minute I booted it up and the price was better than other websites I had tried. Would happily buy from here again!

My experience was despicable.

I m a youtuber and a streamer with over 10,000 subscribers.

Originally my brand new pc was fine but then the nightmare become.

I kept receiving a lot of blue screen errors so naturally I took my pc into this shop for repair

They said it s all repaired and good it was a Virus on the system fine what reason did I have to not believe them they was good ratings they was supposed to be truthworthy but no.

The nightmare continued immedlately after getting my pc home so I understood taking to a 3rd party shop would void my warranty on the machine, this person quickly and efficiently identified the source and the cause of where the problem was being caused it turned out lightning computers installed a faulty memory stick. So he took it out and bang no more problems.

I then posted the review onto Facebook as a genuine review and within 10 minutes I was blocked from commenting onto there Facebook advertisements . Aswell as this the review was quickly taken down.

I work in sales myself and I would never sell anything which someone does not need.

Alas the point they still charged me for the repair for a virus that wasn t even there, I was also assured the system was completely clean and it was simply the memory stick.

Currently I m looking at purchasing 2 setups worth around 2,000 each that is a custom I would not dream to take to there again.

Instead of admitting there faults / mistakes they had chosen to try to cover it up but there are plenty of ways to make reviews heard properly.

However on a plus side at the time it was an ok system for streaming but the aftercare was more than atrocious.

Then you reply to say u had fake reviews to block me etc, you offer to refund me money for the faulty items the computer is over 4 years old now I find that very hard to believe

Been going here over 10 years and had 4 machines here for my 4 kids and they are very happy with them. 1 of the machines had a small issue but they came out and sorted it within a day. I am also after a new machine for myself for Christmas with an SSD but that is for my wife who is doing a college course and isn't for gaming, I will bein next week. Definitely recommend and the lads are always willing to give advice and won't try and sell you something you won't need.

i have used lightening computers quite a few times now and they are welcoming when you go to the shop very helpful if you ask questions about what you need and will even give free information if its just a heck up with your pc and easy to fix thanks a lot ive told a few people that your the shop to go to with very practical prices thanks

Absolutely brilliant service and the bloke there built us a PC that was better than the one we was going to buy, would recommend this place if you're into gaming.

Took my PC in for repair. They were friendly and helpful and sorted my PC out same day. Excellent. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

We have been going to Lightening Computers since they opened and we have had Computers , inks spares etc etc from them with no problems at all . They have been very quick with all repaires and build ups .
Can not thank you guys enough , all the best for Xmas and the future.

bought a pc from them it was ok, but didnot have working front audio and mic ports also case fan was lose had to tighten my self after a month of use (3-4 days a week).

Brought my Computer in as it was not switching on, explained the problem. Came back 3 hours later and they had fixed the issue. Simple rewiring and on top of that they took the time to correct some mistakes I made with installing, such as things not being hooked up properly. They have great quality stock and offer a great service. If you're in the neighbourhood and looking for anything PC related, definitely go check this place out.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered a refurb gaming pc for my son's birthday; clear, straightforward advice, and built and delivered at very short notice. One lead had come undone during transit - I e-mailed that evening, and had a reply within minutes explaining how to reconnect, and offering a return in the post if there were any problems. Sorted. Overall, the price seemed very reasonable compared to other sites we'd researched, and we will definitely use again in future.

Bought a new laptop, ordered off the website. Best Price I could find for a new laptop with a solid state drive. Rapid. Only downside was the delivery was a day late but that was the couriers fault and not the shop.

Bought a Laptop off Ebay that wasn't fast enough for my small children's games. Took it to Lightning Computers for an upgrade and it works far better and is a lot faster. Professional staff and competitive price for the work done. Very happy customer, wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been a customer of these guys pretty much since they opened 15 years ago. They have built to spec and supplied my last 2 desktop machines as well as my printers. Printer cartridges are the cheapest you will find including from the web. Forget PCWorld rip-off prices and gormless profit-driven staff, these folk will take your requirements and offer you the best deal they can that meets them.

Had my PC made by these guys 7 years ago. Any issues ive had ive brought it in and theyve sorted it. No messing around. Decent guys and their work is brilliant.

Great company, affordable prices but will not cheap out on components such as power supplies and motherboards on their prebuilds lke the mainstream companies. They also always reply to emails within an hour pretty much so if you do have a problem with your pc or part you purchase from them you will get instant help and not have to wait days for each individual respond. The pre builds also have a 3 year warranty on them so might aswell buy a prebuild from here so you have warranty on the entire PC and not on multiple individual parts!

Custom built 2 pcs for my sons at a very good price. The guys who run this are enthusiasts and try to give you a quality product, unlike pc world sales monkeys, who have to hit their monthly targets.

The people that work in this place obviously know what they're talking about, I would definitely recommend coming here for your computer needs.

I recently ordered a custom build pc, and my pc arrived within 3 days, although I live locally to them so they kindly dropped it off themselves. But that's far faster than any other custom build website I have been on, as most deliver within 6 to 8 days. Great quality build, I have had no issues with it. And the price I paid was better than any other website I had been on! I would seriously recommend that you check out their custom or pre-built prices with any other site or store that you are considering buying from. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need any upgrades or new pc's in the future.

Really highly recommended, and very knowledgeable assembled a new pc to my specification.
