Placed an order over 11 days ago, paid for expedited shipping, for recurring orders. The next order is set to ship soon and the first order hasn t even left the warehouse. Customer service was rude and unwilling to help. I wanted to try it before getting a second shipment of neorafit. Cancelling my whole order this is poor customer service.
I've had the pleasure of working for Neora for 6 years! I am so fortunate to work for a company that values their employees as well as being dedicated to making people better. Love the response when I tell people who I work for... so many know our products and love them! Totally dedicated to using the night and day cream.
I'd like to try the product but it is interesting that lots of the reviews are from people who work for the company! This should really be for people to post about their experience with the product and interactions with the company, not people who get paid by the company. Duh !
These things are legit! Some one have these to me so I did not know what to expect. I now eat these energy chews every morning and afternoon. They really help me get through the day without drinking a Red Bull. No jitters just a good focus. The ingredients are legit too. No artificial flavors or any of the bad stuff.
Neora is amazing! I recently started using their under eye patches and I saw such quick results. I have tried so many different eye cremes and patches but nothing worked as well as these. They are also awesome to work with, every time I have needed anything they were easy to get ahold of and helpful!
Pushy salespeople and TERRIBLE customer service. Signed me up for recurrent ordering and billed me for the next month when i didnt even get the first month product. I didnt like the product, tried returning, had to pay $12 return shipping and still havent recieved a refund. I know they recieved it a week ago because i got the tracked shipping. Theire website is a joke. You get kicked off when you try to back.page, nothing is labeled right and nobody is ever available to help you. WORST company to deal with! Waste of time and money.
