The sushi is excellent! The BOGO deal is sweet too. Cant speak much for their other dishes. I had the rainbow roll and spicy tuna roll.

Food is delicious and especially reasonable for lunch.
The food was amazing!!! Imperial delight was beyond a delight to eat. The flavor was fresh with a hint of hot peppers. The only thing, i would change or request is a smaller amount of watercress. I didnt care for the brown rice today. It was not soft enough, it taste grainy. The server changed it, immediately and it was great.
The semichicken was great. The portion size is enough for 2 to share.
Our party also ate house fried rice. Well seasoned and great porportion.
The only disappointment was the service. We had a reservation. It took us 5 mins to be seated, but 15 before a waitress took our beverage order and additional 10 mins before our food order was taken. We had to wait a long time for an appetizer, spring roll. Our food took about 15 minutes longer. They usually pack our food, but we had to pack our food. Then we noticed it was Valentine's and they had 3 servers.
1 refill of water, when we were ready to go. It was intense, but great taste.
Hard to find good Chinese food in this area. One of my favorite spots. I really enjoy the lunch specials.
I love neochina. But the server Jason isnt the best. I left a penny one time as a tip considering he never came back to our table to refill drinks, bus the table etc.
Today upon my return visit he came to the front while me and my friend were paying and looked at the reciept to see if he got a tip. He didnt deserve the two dollar tip I gave him since he once again never came back to refill drinks. I only gave him a tip bc i didnt want there to be a scene.
I love the food here. But every time i come back its Jason who ALWAYS gets my table.
Regretfully it will be my last time to this establishment after seeing his behaviour today.
Best asian food in the srea. Definitely will come back.
Dim sum is really good, fun to sample everything. Servers are polite and come around often. Lots of variety and very tasty.
My family has been coming here for many years and the food is unique, use fresh veggies in the food! excellent. I love the Black Bean Chicken, Royal Hawian and the sauces are super! A must try.
Moved to Raleigh from Apex a year ago. In my search for a good Chinese restaurant, I came across Neo-China / Neo-Asia in the Pleasant Valley Shopping area off Glenwood. I love good Chinese food, but it's hard to find. I like the location of this restaurant. Unfortunately, that's about the best thing about it. I tried it a year ago and swore I wouldn't make that mistake again. A year later, I decided I'd try it again-their Thai menu this time, hoping this would be a better experience and provide a good option close to home. These people need to take the Thai section off of their their menu and apologize to Thai people everywhere. I ordered the red curry, which came with a soup and spring roll for lunch ($9). I had the wonton soup and that was okay. The spring roll came with what looked like uncooked shrimp with a white paste around it, I asked that they exchange it for a vegetable spring roll, which they did and later charged me for it. This vegetable spring roll was void of any flavor whatsoever. It was cabbage and carrots. I give them credit for making them in the restaurant, as so many are just buying frozen prepackage spring / egg rolls now, However, I've literally made better myself at home and I don't know what I'm doing in a kitchen. The Red Curry was a joke. Mostly water, it had two thin slices of red pepper and one green. The rest was flavorless chicken and onions. The curry itself was just orange water. I was so bored with the food and annoyed with this place - I paid up front and didn't even argue about the spring roll or the food quality, it would have been lost on this dying diner. Would not recommend!
Quick service. Excellent food. Attentive wait staff. Always a pleasant experience.
For 30 years we have been going to this resturant. Yesterday the service was terrible, we were waiting to be seated and the hostess? seated the two couples who came in behind us. We just left, obviously they did not want or need us as customers.
Great food for a great price. The staff is always kind and the service is always good.
Delicious food! We got some spring rolls and the General Tso chicken. Some of the best Chinese food we have had in the area. The chicken was lightly breaded and very tender. Broccoli florets were large and fresh. Fast and great service! We will be going back.
I genuinely wish I could justify rating them higher. We frequent this place for dim sum. The food is yummy and reasonably priced, the staff is friendly. My biggest qualm is that service is extremely slow and disorganized every single time we go. I ve started bringing my own water because the servers never check on you. Also, stick to the steamed carts, the fried ones are always cold.
I got sushi and it just didn't taste fresh. The fish was rubbery and the rice tasted old. It felt like supermarket sushi rather than from a restaurant. I was disappointed.
We have had dinner several time at the Neo Asia restaurant. I like traditional Chinese cuisine, my wife likes the Thai food, and my son eats the sweat and sour chicken. And the dim sum is great too!
Great food, great atmosphere, and great people!
You have a very good selection add lunch items as well as many writers food is always consistent.
Wait staff is friendly and service is fast even though it's a sit-down restaurant.
Their lunch prices are very reasonable dinner prices go up a little bit but not bad.
Their suits you get the lunch entrees always good as well as an egg roll as excellent.
I've been eating here for years, and the food has been consistently excellent. I usually eat here over lunch during the workday, but I brought my family here and they loved it, too. The service is very quick and the staff are always kind and courteous!
Great Dim sum food price reasonable, just 3.75$ / plate plus tax
Very middle of the road dim sum experience. All the dishes we order were just ok. Not bad, not good either. I was offered a water refill after we were finished eating. All of our dishes sat stacked empty until the very end. I had eaten here in the past, but coming here today reminded me why I don t frequent this establishment for dim sum.
Our server Jason was incredibly attentive and sweet. The food is amazing.
The shrimp in my dish was cooked to perfection and I can be picky about how my shrimp is cooked. The atmosphere is very relaxing, they have violin music playing. The whole place looks very professional and expensive but they have very reasonable prices.
Probably the most authentic Asian food I've tried in the triangle.
Have always loved their food. But you d do a lot more take out business if you guys would ever answer your phone.
Food is always very good, service is prompt and polite. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and verity they offer. Nice place for a relaxing meal out
We came on Monday around 7pm it was not busy but we had to wait for our food for 40 minutes and when it came it wasn't hot (warmth wise). For kids menu they have only 2 options and non of them are asian, and obviously don't include drink. The place was clean but 40 minutes on not a busy evening with kids... you get the idea.
I just really like there food & is really convenient
Disappointed. We came here specifically for sushi and were told they no longer offer it! Their listing should be updated to reflect this.
Not terrible but bland. Hot sauce wasn't hot. Service was alright. Prices were good.
Great food!! Not your ordinary Chinese restaurant..fresh food! Great ambiance!
It's ok. The food is what you'd get at just about any other Chinese food restaurant in America. The decor and staff are nice.
Great food but their chairs all need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable to sit in and all you can feel as the wood on your rear. We could not wait to eat and get out of there because of the chairs.
This is the best place for REAL off the carts Dim-Sum....can't wait to go back
One of the better Sushi places. Unfortunately Sushi is not available every day, call to make sure before you go.
Great service and food! The sesame beef was one of the best I ve ever had!! Felt safe with all Covid compliance too.
i've never been here, but their daughter Cheryl is my best friend soooooo
Service was spotty. Drink k and meal orders were taken quickly. I ordered a Spring Roll to start but it was forgotten. After the waitress was asked about it, she found o e that was barely warm. Entrees were also just warm. Mine was supposed to be hot & spicey but it was just mild. My wife's duck over noodles just wasn't very good. Noodles were tough and the duck was overcooked. We will not go back. I ordered a B-52 drink and while it was OK, it was very small.
Love this place, wish I hadn't moved to the other side of town. The coconut & pineapple fried rice on the back page is amazing!
Sunday Dim Sum is delicious. Great variety of excellent dishes, and the service is always friendly.
Love this restaurant! Their food is always good. Love the Hot & Sour Soup, Beef & Snow Peas and more!
The service was very nice! The establishment was very clean ! The food was very delicious, I especially liked the chinese broccoli! I would recommend Dim Sum!
We really enjoy this Raleigh dining spot! We brought mom back for her birthday. She got sushi and she loved it. We have enjoyed everything we have ever ordered. Great prices! Modern like decor. Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Near Crabtree Valley Mall, the beltline and not too far from Brier Creek, 540 & 40 .Dim Sum. Sushi. Curry. Traditional. Something for all. Enjoy!
The food is good, not top notch. Could use more variety in Asian cuisine, more Chinese focused
Ordered pepper steak for lunch close to $9 the meat was HORRIBLE , don t order the anything to do with steak, again it was HORRIBLE
The beef lo mein was excellent. The general tso was ok.
My lady and I have been going to Neo Asia since they opened. Not regulars, but in special occasions. And it is always a treat. And we always look forward to our next, visit, or carry out.
We recommend this locally own family business, who appreciates your business.
Good food, good price, waiter was hard to work with.
Not recommend this place for Dim Sum. I went to this place with my sons yesterday. The food was not fresh and cold. Very disappointing.....
I was there for lunch on Friday the foods was just ok.
But my water glass had lipstick still on it.
It's my favorite Chinese / Asian restaurant. I've been coming here since I was a child.
Such a great menu, impeccable service, and delicious food. I was really surprised the first time I went because we got five star service. They even changed my opinion on sushi because it s so good there!
The food is good, nothing magical but it s tasty. The service is really good. The owner is so sweet and always remembers our order and makes great entree suggestions when we want to try something new. The servers are also very kind and always accommodating.
This is a great restaurant. Fantastic vegetable rolls and wonton soup!
Suggested by friends for good Chinese went on Super Bowl Sunday - had the place to ourselves! Food was excellent. Great Mongolian Beef and good Dirty Martini. My friend had Beef and Veggies which was full of flavor & large chunks of meat - not the typical thinly sliced pieces. Another friend had Moo Goo Ga Pan which can be tasteless - it too had great flavor. It's been very hard to find a good Chinese restaurant since moving to Raleigh from DC in 2007. THIS is the spot for us. They also serve Thai and Sushi which we did not order. There are plenty of excellent Thai eateries in the N. Raleigh area.
Service was excellent but we were the only ones in the place. Hernando was our waiter. Very professional & warm too. Atmosphere is relaxing and kind of cool with circular booths.
We went to Neo-Asia when we found a long waiting line elsewhere. We were seated right away in a beautiful dinning room and the service was top notch. When our food came it was delicious and we had plenty to take some home for some yummy leftovers. I look forward to taking my family here again soon.
Thai spicy basil was delicious! Also sake was half price #winning!
Service was excellent. Food left nothing to be desired. The duck sauce for our crab Rangoon and egg rolls tasted like watered down ketchup. The spicy mustard brought out to replace said duck sauce tasted like 99% wasabi/0% mustard.
Our main dish, hunan chicken, was meh.
So sad that we won t be back. We used to like this place!
The decor was nice and the place was quiet (though it was a Tuesday night). The menu has a ton of options and portions are large - I was barely able to finish and most people brought home enough leftovers for another lunch the next day. My Hunan Chicken was good - the vegetables tasted more fresh than typical Chinese food. You can also choose between white, brown, and fried rice. My only complaint was that it wasn't very spicy; you can choose spiciness from 1-5 and I asked for 5, but the meal was only the slightest bit spicy.
This is my first time eating dim sum and I loved it. They have amazing selection of dim sums which are super delicious. Grouper in red curry sauce was my favorite. The staff is super friendly too. Definitely visit again
A bona fide Japanese restaurant boasting delicious cuisines with a friendly quick service.
Nice quiet environment to eat. The food was very good and the service was excellent!
They have a steaming cart that you can choose what you want to eat. We picked many dish from the steaming cart and all the dishes flavorful. We ordered the sticky rice in the lotus leaf, I expected they will have more ingredient inside but it only have sticky rice and meat but everything else is very good.
Neo's Hot and sour soup has been my favorite for over 10 years!! Great prices and their sushi, something I just recently tried, is fresh!
Food was decent. Portions are large and good for the price. We had sweet and sour chicken and the "sauce" that came with it was an odd mix of fruits and vegetables in a thin red syrup. I love pineapples but the flavors just didn't meld.
Service was middling. Waiter was nice but awkward, possibly new. Wasn't aware of things on the menu. Didn't refill my glass despite my asking. Brought extra dishes that were unnecessary and took up a lot of room on the table. When packing my leftovers, seemed to bring the smallest boxes available so had to pack multiple instead of just using a couple large ones which she brought for the small appetizers instead.
Decor was nice. Bathroom was clean but stalls need updating. There were pointy ends of screws sticking out of the walls.
slightly upscale Chinese. A little pricey, but good food and rarely crowded.
Good service, friendly staff, food was good at a pretty decent price. Would definitely come back
The dim sum on the weekends doesn't compare to what you could get in San Francisco or Flushing, Queens but it's served in an unpretentious and easy manner.
This food is fresh and hot...love the spring rolls!
My friend and I were initially going to Chipotle and we saw this restaurant beside it and wanted to check it out. I looked up the hours and noticed they were closing in ten minutes so we hurried over, knowing what we like to order. Just to be sure we glanced at the menu and a lady with a buzz cut asked if we knew what time they closed and we said yes. She then replies you need to hurry up and order with a rude undertone and rolled her eyes. We decided we were good after all and walked out.
We visited this place due to the advertisement on Dim Sum. They didn't have any so we ordered off the lunch menu, which was mediocre. It's a toss up, but we don't plan on returning.
The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic! My coworkers and I have been eating at Neo-Asia for years. I would highly suggest trying Neo-Asia for lunch, it's a beautiful break in the day, from the artsy atmosphere and the relaxing music, it's my favorite place for lunch!
We ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken lo mein. The portions were very large but the food was very bland. The dishes had almost no sauce or flavor. Would not return.
Great for take out. Kinda pricey but worth it. Best spring rolls around
Wonderful food. And a very pleasant server called "Jain"
Great food, though they make themselves a bit hard to find online.
Waiting over an hour for the food... this place is good for dim sum but terrible for service and everything else.
