NeilMedne customer service is the worse. The one who answers with a broken English is in the wrong job. He barely speak English and does nothing for the customer.
I purchased the Neil Med Sinus Rinse Kit in May after my physician recommended using it. I had issues when using the item. I tried over several days with the same reactions. I told my physician who said to stop using it. In August, I contacted the company because there was a 90-day refund guarantee. The man I spoke to told me to ship it back and I would get a refund. WRONG! I sent it UPS which cost me almost twice as much as the item. It was the principle on sending a product back that did not work for me even though it cost me more. I have contacted the company four times with negative results over the past three months. Every time, there was a poor connection on their end supposedly. I spoke with different foreign accent men. Each time I was given the runaround. I supplied them with the tracking number so I knew when they received the item. I had to go through all the information over and over again and they claim they didn't have my information but would check into it and contact me. WRONG AGAIN! October 13 was the last phone call to them and the man I spoke with said he would check with the consumer department and call me back in an hour or two. No one ever called me back. This is very upsetting. This is no way for a company to do business.
This review is updated on November 17, 2020. After 9 telephone calls to this company, I still have not received a refund for their product as listed under their guarantee. On my last call on October 15, 2020, for the first time, I actually had a call back from John who said I would receive a refund within 15-20 business days. WRONG!!! It is now 22 business days and not check; hence, the reason I called again today. What a rip off of a company. They should be held accountable for their incompetency and false advertising on their product. Besides the issue, it is always a problem with the phone connection. I don't know if the person that answers the call is actually in another country instead of the United States. One does receive scam calls from all over the world even though the phone numbers are listed as U.S.. This company should not have their product sold anywhere. I just want my money back. It cost me more to return the product, but it is the principle that counts. What a ripoff!!!!
Just bought a NeilMed Sinuflo Ready Rinse. Did not realize it was full of solution and has a seal that I cannot get off. Why would you put a seal that will not pull off in one piece. I am left picking pieces of the seal off and afraid if I dont get all of it it could end up in my sinus. A really stupid idea.

Their $3.00 mail-in rebate check bounced and I got charged a $15.00 fee for this. Customer service assured me they would issue another check in the amount of $18.00 to cover the bank fee and rebate. Six weeks later I received a check from Neilmed for $6.00. Kevin, in the customer service department could not explain why this happened and also refused to help me resolve this issue. They're crooks who clearly don't know how to run a business or their business is failing miserably and they have no money.
Incorrect order, very slow response, slow turnaround, and expensive for what you get. Sad that this company is trying to create a monopoly. Very poor organizational skills within the company. You are better off finding a local provider or going with Shenzhen XINFACE Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. You will at least get a response from their sales team.
Don't waste your time with NeilMed.
Got a rebate check of $5 for the purchase of a Neti Pot, deposited it, only to have the money refunded to NeilMed PLUS an additional $5 service fee also to NeilMed. What a rip off!
