Very bad service....I loaded two modems on the same time for office and the bundle never got loaded. Asking the place (Connect Enterprises)from where I loaded they say I have used all the bundle on the same day. One of the modem I didn't even use after loading. I had unused 900 MB which was also lost....Orange was better they will attend to customer complaints the same day...........after four days of complaining Africell support, no one has bothered to call. Going to their Head office they claim I have used up......(a modem which was not even switched on....... the data vanishes)
Most expensive bundles in whole of Africa. example below. monthly data bundle MTN 10GB for 50,000 africell 7GB 104,000 not even a mentally ill person would buy africell bundle. There data signal is terrible as well. I am sitting in kazo kampala and I get zero data signal. AVOID africell
Almost perfect reception and staff Went there to ask about routers, mifi, and received a royal service in exchange. Plus the network is one of the best (if not the first) in Uganda.

This morning Africell Uganda previously known as Orange Uganda has turned into a network for THUGS! This morning I logged in to my account using their web interface, loaded some Airtime Voucher code and in ONLY one second the airtime was gone and when I called the customer helpline (#100), some lady Diana told me that I had used it all in that one second hehehhe ;) that they charge 100shs Per KB / Second forgetting the airtime I had loaded was way too much to be finished in One second! Very dishonest and not royal to customers. I have been using this ISP s internet services for over 8years now and trust me since Orange Uganda re-branded to Africell its a total disappointment / failure I HIGHLY don t recommend this ISP (Internet Service Provider) to anyone who needs Internet Connection. Africell uganda,We do appreciate the laziness that you are exhibiting these days. Since your customer base grew, we (the customers) became useless. You seem to no longer value our time and think that all we have to do is to wait for two weeks to come and fix 3g sector in kamuli and when we called your technicians we know us friends,told us that they follow protocal they can not do anaything until we write down numbers for the clients who use that mast and send to them.imagine!!!!!!!. Thank you very much. We appreciate your services. Now I see why ....... Is still the best.it only give their fixed line technicians and I.T technicians minutes to solve issues.
Good prices (on hardware) and service. They were t of stock for the router I wanted but had it delivered in 10 minutes.
I rank it as the 3rd largest network in the country after MTN and Airtel. I would not advise one to use their services and products, though. I burnt my figures several times. They are not as effective and proficient as MTN or Airtel. Some of their products are defective and will cost you a lot in their use. Sometimes, the staff tell lies to protect the image of the organization
