I've been fortunate enough to have had Neil and his team in my corner since my OPT after graduating back in 2005. Only the Head of the law office Neil A. Weinrib knows his job professionally and he knows everything and can answer all of your questions,but after the first meeting you are assigned a student lawyer who doesn t have the knowledge and practical experience to take on a case as important as this issue which will ultimately affect your life either their inexperience and makes big mess and after that you will receive bad news from USCIS!!! so I don t recommend law office, unless Neil A.W. I have used this law firm for my VISA needs beginning in 2009 when I first applied for my H1-B visa through today when my greencard application was approved. This law firm was recommended to be by someone who had a difficult case, and by going through this firm, he got positive and outstanding results. As I also had a difficult case (Immigration had a very good position, and after many years of trying, I was really out of options), I have contacted and visited Neil Weinrib office.
I had an extremely and unusually good experience with this law firm, as Neil helped me navigate very turbulent waters (where most crash), he found the right winds and skillfully took me to a safe harbor - they were able to deliver results where all law firms consulted previously declined taking the case (Immigration Supreme Court itself indicates that there are a certain number of cases where they do not encourage petitioners to pursue the case, as they are rarely granted).
Neil spent many hours with me in his office, reviewing every aspect of the case, solving all potential problems, addressing all potential issues, ironing out all details, casting a new perspective, bringing a new breeze to an old case, and he was able to find an extremely favorable position (no new facts were introduced, as this was already during appeal) in such a way that the Court was satisfied and 'good cause was found'. The most important lesson I have learned from Neil was to look at the case with fresh eyes, from a new perspective (and obviously, the most correct perspective is that from the Government position, as everything done by the Government - as strange as it sounds - has a basis in law, in case precedent, ultimately in books; once one understands this, one is able to to the right thing, and get what one needs).
During the interview, the immigration officer was also very well prepared (as he recognized, he was facing one of the thickest files, one of the most complicated cases he knew about), and although he presented very good points (the Government truly had a reason for everything they were doing, they did everything correct throughout the case development, over the years), still Neil and Associates prevailed: the many hours spent in reviewing and understanding the case were decisive.
Now about the firm itself: when you read on their website 'Exceptional lawyers - Outstanding results', or other things like 'Super Lawyer' - I know first hand that these are not 'advertisement', but they reflect the reality; there are many lawyers who win many cases, but for the most difficult and most complicated cases (when all lawyers consulted decline to take the case - of course that no one wants to take a losing case to Court), one needs the truly exceptional lawyer: Neil Weinrib is such a lawyer.
Since that time - when I saw the results Neil can deliver, I decided to leave all legal matters to the professionals, and for me to use my time to do what I like to do in life.
I have recommended others to this firm, and everyone was satisfied.
I also know people struggling with their cases, but for some reason, they avoid seeking the advice of lawyers - and their cases are still in process.

You should never go with them!!!! They are unprofessional and the who process is messy. Never trust them
They filled the 1st PERM for me and it is been rejected because of their typo. Then they filed H1B extension for me and it got RFE because they forgot to submit paystub. Then I tried to file 2nd PERM, and figured out they did not post job order which supposed to be done 5 months ago with the Ads.
During the who process, the lawyer changed twice and they have no clue which step I was at. They never reply my email. And they don't understand the immigration rules.
