After consulting with other immigration lawyers and leaving feeling unsatisfied, a friend referred my husband and I to Neil Weinrib.

The moment I met Neil, it felt completely different. He is a lovely man who was so personable and easy to speak with. It almost felt like I was chatting with a friend. He answered my list of questions that the other lawyers could not answer, and he gave me much more logical solutions as well as the different options we had.

Everyone in his office is just as friendly as he. I mostly keep in contact with Paralegal, Francheska who is such a pleasant woman and has made this process super easy for me. I always receive a prompt response from her, and Neil.

Neil and Francheska informed me that approval of I130 petition would take approximately 8-10 months. Other lawyers have even told me 12-18 months just to be approved under the Trump Administration. Fast forward 5, yes, FIVE months later my husband and I were approved! It was an amazing surprise and an early birthday gift to me! I hope the next steps are just as easy and speedy as Neil and Francheska has made it so far.

I am so grateful and pleased that I chose to trust Neil Weinrib with such an important and special legal process!
