Schedule my appointment for 9 am. Arrived at 8.55 am downstairs to check in. Has a line and I waited 6 minutes and the lady said for me I didn't need to check in downstairs for dentist. I go up and wait for dentist until 9.20 am. Probably he was busy or something, after that the 2 lady's who work on the front desk said we arrived late and he need the full hour to work. That is completely ridiculous. I arrived on the time, the person downstairs said we need to check in downstairs and the front desk downstairs said we don't need. For that we waste 6 minutes downstairs and they said we were unable to do the appointment. Very disrespectful, I live far away.

My doctor here is great, but I have a very hard time getting an appointment. The wait times on the phone to schedule are consistently 10-15 minutes. And when I do get through, I either have to book 1-2 weeks out or try calling at 8am sharp the following day to cram a "same day" appointment into my already busy schedule. Overall, while I greatly appreciate my PCP here, I have a negative impression from this clinic despite how kind and awesome the doctors and nurses have been to me. My constructive feedback is: 1) make it easier to schedule, and even modify appointments - be flexible for your patients; 2) it's very obvious that your administrative desk is either not well trained, or they're over-burdened and juggling too much at once. They often sound stressed, hurried, or complacent, which isn't what a stressed and hurried patient needs to deal with when they're seeking medical care. While I feel like the medical staff cares about me as a patient, I'm not sure the clinic as a whole truly reflects the best that I've seen from other practices. I think 2.5 stars would be an appropriate rating for Neighborcare. I will unfortunately be seeking a new PCP this year, and will miss Dr. Driscoll.

I just called this clinic to see if I could make an appointment for today due to an intolerable toothache. I was told, in a tone of immediate annoyance, that I could only do a walk in, and would have to just come in and wait to see if anyone cancelled an appointment. He didn't give me a time frame that would be best, or anything, just said it could be all day. I asked if there was I chance there was an appointment available at a different clinic location and he told me that all other locations were closed. Irritated by his lack of assistance, I said thank you and hung up. I looked up the other locations, and all of them are open. I called the next closest to me, and was able to schedule an appointment with the help of someone slightly more friendly. What the actual f? I get that working in service is trying at times, and I know I've probably been ruder to a customer than I needed to be, but WHAT??? To just blatantly refuse to be helpful, and flat out lie to someone having an emergency? I can't understand.

I have been seen a couple of times at this location and while my experiences have always been great once I am being seen, the receptionists can be very rude. I work in customer service and I usually can't believe how dismissive and put out they generally seem.

Absolutely terrible service. I called in and had to stay on hold for nearly 20 minutes just to be hung up on. I wanted to schedule an appointment for my doctor in order to maybe increase the dosage of my antidepressants and when I told them about my situation, I was immediately hung up as if it was not enough to come see my doctor.

I ve had numerous procedures done with both dentists and they are excellent! They are kind, compassionate, and gentle. The dental care provided at this clinic is conservative (but that s the nature of the clinic), and they do a great job at prioritizing the dental work that needs to get done! You might have to wait a while to get an appointment, but that s a systems problem... we just don t have enough clinics available to meet the needs of the population.

For a clinic specifically meant for people with low income or no insurance, they sure weren't helpful in addressing those issues after being seen, and they made me feel ashamed of seeking care at all. Awful.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here whatsoever. I was referred by my regular doctors office at Neighborcare Pike Place Clinic to have a procedure at this location. The receptionists were not friendly at all, they seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. The doctor and staff was unprofessional. I couldn t understand the medical assistant and the doctor had me wait about 45 minutes before he saw me. This was only the consultation. The next time I came I was to have the procedure done and it ended up being one of the most painful experience. I was in tears and couldn t finish the procedure all while the medical assistant was just reading a brochure. I was referred to another clinic and the experience there was much better and pain free.

This clinic is outstanding in every way. Like all businesses, they do have an occasional new person at the front desk, and it takes a bit longer to register if that is the circumstance. I mention this because of some complaints about this. The providers, assistants, EVERYONE associated with patient care--are wonderful. Pharmacy is helpful, too. Dr. Scott is a magnificent physician, and I am so fortunate. to have him as my doc.
