I had a fantastic experience with Needham Oil Complete Heating and Cooling. They installed mini-split AC systems in our home, and they were significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. They were professional, flexible, and did an excellent job with the install. Would strongly recommend them!

Jim has serviced our system for the last 3 years. Each time he has exceeded our expectations. He is thorough, polite, and leaves everything spotless. We could not be happier or more pleased with his work ethic.

Scott was attentive to my ideas on a project, and was efficient while careful in the work, taking time to route refrigeration tubes in best way through basement. Clean up was spotless.

Jim arrived mid-afternoon and immediately took care of all if the indoor maintenance including cleaning the grates , installing new filters and the maintenance of the two units. He then proceeded to the maintenance and checkout of the two exterior units . All work was done in a timely fashion and in a very professional manner. Jim has performed our yearly maintenance since we had the air-conditioning units installed and we have experienced only a capacitor replacement in all the time that we have had the units. A job well done in all respects.

Jim is terrific. His diagnostic and mechanic ability is top drawer. A pleasure to have in the house.

We hired Complete heating and air, formerly Needham oil and air, to repair two of our central air conditioning units. The service man, Jim, was on time, was considerate, pleasant, and even taught me a little bit about the wiring on the units. He quickly diagnosed the problem on each of the units, Made the repairs and got them both up and working properly, and the charge was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend it to my friends.

Jim has done the annual maintenance for our home for several years. Some of the equipment is old and he always offers great advice on how to ensure everything runs smoothly without breaking the bank. He is thorough but works with efficiency. He always arrives with a smile and he never disrupts anything else going on the house. It's reassuring knowing we have an expert for our system. 5 stars!

I just moved into a home with oil this fall. I had an emergency and no oil plan (had been getting online w Needham Oil), and they signed me up for a plan and sent someone out immediately at no cost. All the customer service people there are so helpful. Just had a question answered in minutes by Jen. Rick came out and serviced our boiler. He was here for hours and explained everything he was doing to us, as well as what to look for and when to call them. Even when I first got the online oil, the man who came out was very helpful explaining things to me. A friend recommended them to me, and I highly recommend them as well.

Regarding my air conditioning annual maintenance today

Thank you for the attention to detail and the thorough way in which you approach everything you did today and in the past. Whether for my heating or air conditioning I always feel confident of a job well done when you have been here.

It's always good to see you and because of your good work we'll keep it to twice per year, once for heat service and once for air conditioning.

We have been using Needham Oil for over five years. Its amazing how the truck pulls up without fail as the oil marker shows low. I never have to call to remind them or go without. They also send someone out each year to check all the equipment and the one year I had flooding below the boiler, they knew exactly what to do and get it fixed that day. I recommend them highly as a local business taking care of local people.

Assessed old cracked oil burner and gave us a competitive quote and installed new, highly efficient Buderus oil burner. Salesman answered all questions, explained operational features and assured us that we didn t need the bigger boiler quoted by another vendor. Installed hot water feedback loop to increase efficiency. Boiler works beautifully with no need to bleed the radiators as promised. Very happy with maintenance.

Jim G. came by this morning to tune and prep our burner for the upcoming heating season. From putting on boot covers to protect the floors, giving me a helpful lesson on air filters, and talking about our kids, he was personable and professional. In fact, as he did not have the filter size our unit requires on the truck, he made a call and had one delivered to the site.

We have been clients of Needham Oil Complete Heating & Cooling for 6 years. And there is a reason for that decision.....their service alleviates any concerns or worries. It starts when I speak to them, through booking appointments, and to the semi-annual on-site inspections. I know my HVAC systems are well cared for, I know when to expect major service, and the one time I had an emergency, they were onsite within 90 minutes.

Jim was excellent -- serviced our system and provided helpful, honest information.

Over 7 years ago, we were looking for an oil company to service our needs and update our furnace. We called and spoke with several companies. Basic things about Needham Oil impressed us like answering the phone and answering basic questions. We were frustrated with other companies not being able to speak with a person at all or a person that could answer simple questions. We were also able to speak to a manager whenever we asked.

Bottomline, we used them to replace our furnace and our AC system a couple of years late. We use them to service both systems and love the fact that it seems to be the same technician each time they come out. I also love the fact that I do not feel like it is a game with them to get a fair price on our oil delivery.
