She found us a house extremely quick, had very intense negotiation tactics and just plain knows what she's doing. We had a house quick, and a house that we love.
I knew she was the real deal at the first showing she took me to.
Joe Stephens with the Insurance department has been so nice and helpful through our first time home buying process. I can t stand having to go to a bunch of places to shop around for something like insurance and he made it so easy for us. Just a couple calls from us and he got us a fantastic rate for home and auto, saving us literally HUNDREDS of dollars a month. So thankful!!

Used Melody I live in Sand springs Oklahoma coming up here to sell my grandmother's house she swore she'd take care of it I can't even get her to call back or even get any of the comps done from where I've talked to her she keeps blowing me off blowing the trust attorney off still can't get a hold of her she just up and quit and she'll text every 3 or 4 days saying yeah I'm really interested in doing it never does it it's a joke so now I'm I drove up here just to check on the house and probably hire another realtor I mean what a waste of time and manners
Brian is the best realtor I've worked with. He defines professional; he works hard to get the best deal while at the same time giving you a fair assessment and sets realistic expectations. He is prompt, courteous, but what sets him above the rest I think is his great communication. It's something I value almost as much as getting the best deal. I would gladly work with him again next time I were in the market.

Nebraska Realty (NR) was the agent for the buyer of my previous home. The close of this home has been the weirdest experience of my life. The buyers agent was very lax in staying on top of the appraisal. Because there was no (or very little follow up) the appraisal was scheduled 1 week prior to closing. In addition to this, when my agent was trying to schedule the closing, NR did not respond for almost 72 hours. We found out this was because the agent left the country and did not inform my agent OR HIS OWN BUYER that he was leaving. There was also no follow up from the agent's manager or Team Lead to make sure their buyer was being taken care of. To add insult to injury, the appraisal returned issues that needed to be resolved but this wasn't caught until after the buyer showed up for the closing. This is about the time that NR completely bowed out of the process and left their buyer high and dry. They were not available to assist their buyer in remediating the issue. They did not try to resolve or find a temporary solution for their buyer. They did not communicate at all with their buyer or my agent. Thankfully my agent has been on top of everything and has basically been working to keep things moving for the buyer and ourselves. Nebraska Realty's utter lack of communication, accountability and inability to resolve ANY of the hurdles that came up astonishes me that they are still allowed to operate.
Brian was fantastic during the entire process of searching and purchasing our home. He is professional, knowledgeable (in both the realty side and as a previous constructor, so knew exactly what to look for), and a joy to work with. He was always honest with us and looked out for us as well, never letting us settle for a home he wouldn't want to live in himself! We found him through our church's bulletin, and could not have been luckier to have given him a call. Would highly recommend.

I had Sue Henson as my realtor to sell my house - she was very professional and knew exactly what to do - she told me the items that I needed to move for pictures- she had professional pictures taken and my house went on the market that evening. Showings could be scheduled starting at noon on Friday. I had over 40 showings and we looked at all offers at 5 pm on Sunday- she could tell which offer was the strongest and that s the one I accepted- very smooth and I felt secure with her help.
