Don't hire Country Estate of Waterloo Iowa to do work for you. Their work is pathetic as their fence fell apart within 4 years, They want me to pay for the fence even though it was their construction design that caused it to fall apart, They are impossible to work wiin including the headquarters in Nebraska, The whole outfit is a ripoff,

There rude. And wouldnt help me with an issue. Never again

I placed three emails to this company in regards to their rep in my area
I was never contacted back about my concern that my gates were improperly installed
With no racking which at this point has left my gates useless.
The first rep also charged me for 252 ft of extra fence which was a lie and I refused to pay
So at this time he has refused to come back and repair the gates.
I like the product, but the company has not helped me in resolving my situation with their rep

Oh and the rep also lied about the the 6-8 inch space between the bottom rail and the ground
When I inquired and said that space was a problem in letting animal in or my little dog out, and he
Responded not to worry that he would adjust when it was done. This was another lie as he never did anything and I had to pay my landscaper to bring in dirt and laborers to spread the dirt around my total
