If I could give this 6 stars I would. My husband went in for hip surgery and the staff were the best we've ever had both day and night. The doctor Dr. Schecter was wonderful and the rooms were clean. They all had masks on, were super sweet and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The people here as well as the facility itself is beyond amazing!! We traveled 3 states to see Dr. Abraham which in turn landed us a hospital stay after surgery and they are all second to none!! Great place!!

First off I am a EMT and combat medic. I know a good deal about medicine up to the paramedic level. These people took great care of me, so kind and caring. It was the night shift I think, they were heading home after I left. The strep throat test came negative however sometimes thats not always realiable. They went ahead and gave me pennicillin and a steroid. I love these people. They took great care of a Army Soldier today.

My mother was a patient on 4th and 5th floors from May 11 until July 22, 2021. Everyone in every department that was apart of her care were excellent. 4th and 5th floor nurses and PCTs we're phenomenal. Doctors Stroud, Ricca, Tuck, Woodruff (nephrology), Hobby and all the internal medicine attending and residents and their nurses were very kind, knowledgeable and worked well together to give my mother the best care.
This past Friday she was back in the Ed. Dr Marlow , Phyllis, and Sheila Montgomery went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the best care possible and much needed tests to ensure she was ready for her doctors appointment on Monday.

This is my 3rd visit to this hospital in 2 weeks. I recently moved to Jonesboro from Tennessee. I contracted Covid from a coworker who didn t get get tested upon returning from the beach for vacation. The bedside manor of the Nurses at this hospital is disappointingly low. They act like your a problem not a patient. They are here for paychecks not to help the patients. I couldn t be seen in the Clinic and was sent back to the ER so I could be charged another ER visit seeing as my insurance has not started at work yet. I m horribly disappointed in the Arkansas health care system in Jonesboro and at NEA Baptist Hospital and will be searching for a better place of care. If you have Covid please find a different location for your care since your an afterthought at NEA.

My wife and I had our last and largest child here. 3 times we have done c sections with 2 of them being in a much larger city(Corpus Christi TX) and hands down this place was the best I've spent time at. The staff was amazing and beyond helpful. They remained vigilant and the rooms were clean as well as bigger with more comfortable areas for your loved ones who are visiting. The doctors and nurses here are better trained than I could've ever asked for and my wife has next to no scar at all. It wasn't the hospital persay but the only slight complaint I have is that the epidural was a little bit troublesome but not enough to be worried by.

Gave my wife a bill that was actually covered by insurance, the same thing happened to her friend. I recommend St. Bernards I never had a problem there.

Edit: They fixed the bill and I changed the 1 star to a 4.

Great hospital and staff, my oldest daughter had a tonsillectomy here along with tubes. Nurses took very good care of her, also kept me informed over the phone as to how her procedure was going while they were doing her procedure. No complaints here.
